Everyone had finished eating and were in their room now, getting ready for bed or maybe just for some free time. Y/n was listening to more of the report on the prince's ball before she yawned. 'Alright, I think that's enough for today, I'm tired' she thought as she switched off her laptop, the room going dark. The only light was from the bright full moon and the AC, letting you know what number it was currently on. Y/n laid in bed trying to sleep, but she just couldn't. She got off her bed and went to her balcony, staring up at the sky which was full of stars. She was deep in thought that she didn't hear her name being called or the hand that was resting on her shoulder. "Y/n." She snapped out of it and turned around in surprise to see Levi standing with a worried expression on his face. "Y/n are you ok? I've been calling you for the past minute" there was worry in his voice, she could hear it. "Ah, I'm alright, no need to worry. I was just thinking. That's all." Y/n smiled. "Are you sure?" he asks. "Yes, I'm sure. So what are you doing up?" she asks him. "I couldn't sleep." was his response. "Same with me" Y/n replied. Levi looked to be deep in thought as he finally said "Come with me." Y/n was surprised, when he suddenly held his hand out for her to take. She took it slowly and he led her out the room. They were outside now and they both laid on the lush green grass, staring up at the sky. Levi turned to Y/n. "Do you like it?" he asks her. Y/n didn't answer as she was in awe at the amount of stars before her very eyes.
Levi smiled, noticing her cute expression. He looked back up. A breeze blew by, making the grass sway a little. Y/n looked to Levi to which he noticed so he looked to her. They both stared at each-other. "It's beautiful" she says looking back up. Levi kept his gaze on her. "Yes....it certainly is" he says with a love-struck expression in his eyes. Y/n didn't see since her eyes were glued back to the sky again. Levi looked down at her hand and slowly moved his hand over to hers, intertwining their fingers. She did the same as they looked at each other again. A soft smile filtered across her face.
"So...you know how to dance?" Levi asks her, breaking the silence. "Sadly no. I know a bit but not much" Y/n responds. "I see. Show me what you've got" he says standing up. "W-Wait now? Here?!" Y/n asks surprised and flustered. "Well yeah, we're all alone and there's no one around" Levi smiled down at her, extending his hand. "Shall we?" he asks. Y/n gazed up at him in awe. She slowly reached her hand out and took his own and he pulled her up and toward him. Her left hand was on his shoulder while her right hand was in his left hand held it and his right hand rested on her waist. They were looking into each-other's eyes as they began to move around slowly. It didn't go too well though as Y/n kept tripping and stepping on his foot. "I'm so sorry" she said when they pulled away. Levi was a bit disappointed that she was no longer in his arms but he smiled. "You did great, don't worry. You just need a tad bit more practice and you'll be amazing" he says hoping his little talk would cheer her up and it did.
Adayashi is a great teacher, I'll ask her if she can help you" Levi says, as they both started to head back to their rooms. "Ah, you don't have to" Y/n started but Levi cuts her off. "No, I insist. If somehow you end up going to the ball you'll have to know how to dance wouldn't you?" he smirked causing her cheeks to heat up a bit. "I suppose your right, but there's no way I'll be able to go. Luck would have to be on my side" she rambled on but Levi just smiled. 'Cute' he inwardly though to himself.
