Ava's POV:
"Where is he?" Ben asked Fei.
"He is running" she said "shit"
"What" I asked
"He saw me" Fei replied
"Let's go" Ben said as we start walking towards the park.
We arrived to see Luther on the ground with Christopher behind him.Sloane picked him up with her powers.
"Oh shit" he said
"Hello there stranger" Sloane said with a smile.
"Oh hey" he said waving. Then he nodded at me and smiled. Then I did something I never expected to do. I smiled back.
Ben glanced at me and Sloane as he approached Luther and kicked him in the face. I whinced.
"Was that really necessary?" I asked. Ben ignored as Sloane let Luther fall to the ground with a thump.
"Let's go" Ben said walking away.
Fives POV:
I was at the bar getting a drink when I saw Stanley walking by with a plate full of food. I saw Klaus and Diego at a table so I decide to join them.
"Wait who.. who is the mother?" I said confused.
"Lila" Diego responded
"Excuse me?"Klaus said
"Wait, Lila is here?" I asked
"Was! She dropped him off my lap last night then bolted" Diego said looking down
" I don't much care for that one" Klaus said
"Well technically she is family.." I said
"She tried to murder us! Like yesterday!" Klaus said
"Yeah like I said family" i responded
"Diego is she coming back?" I responded.
"Well she god damn better because WE GOT MORE IMPORTANT THINGS TO BE DEALING WITH RIGHT NOW"he said staring at stan
Then Vanya came in" where's Luther?" She asked
"Who cares probably of - for a run" Diego said
"Love the haircut" Klaus said. I smiled
"So I- I talked to Marcus last night" Vanya started but Diego interrupted her."wait what! You talked with the enemy, by yourself?
"Well someone had to do something" she replied
"Who elected you Vanya?" Diego said
"It's Victor" Victor said as I smiled at him
"Who is Victor?" Diego asked dumbfounded
I rolled my eyes at his stupidity and Klaus did the same
"I am. It's who I've always been." Victor said as we all looked at him "is that an issue for anyone?" He asked
"No I am good"
"Yeah me too, cool"
"Truly happy for you Victor.." i said smiling at him "but last time I checked you don't speak for this family" I continued.
"Okay look it's fine okay" he said sitting with us "Marcus said he totally gets it. He doesn't want a war anymore than we do"
"What are you talking about? He tried to homicide us!" Diego claimed
"So did Lila and you had a kid with her" Klaus said as I smirked
"That's not the point!" Diego argued.
"Listen we made deal. He is going to give us back Fives briefcase then we are gonna get out of the timeline. We are gonna meet later for the handover" Victor explained.
" oh thank god" Klaus said
"That's a rookie move. Dude is playing you" Diego said looking down
"Oh really?"
"Yeah but maybe we can use this ! We turned it back on him and then we wipe them the hell out!" Diego said but Victor cut him off
"Diego stop! Please and you are not gonna do anything today" he said
"Except bond with your spawn" Klaus said as we turned to see Stan eating alone .
"Alleged spawn" Diego corrected
"I will get the briefcase and we will all go back and fix the timeline" Victor said.
"Hey we are not going anywhere!" I said setting my drink to the table"this is a perfectly acceptable time"
"Yeah? Why don't you tell that to Allison who is upstairs grieving her daughter who doesn't even exist here!" Victor said pointing upstairs.
" not to mention we have been replaced by a bunch of blobs and cubes and birds and shit"Diego agreed.
"News flash genuices! It's not about us!" I started explaining. "Take a look around if you haven't notice there is no doomsday, there is no apocalypse. The sun is shining, the birds are doing whatever the hell birds do. That's all that matters! We're done messing with time! And I am officially retired" I said raising my drink leaving them .
I was at the buffet picking food when suddenly the lights when off only to go back to normal a second after. Weird
"Hey, what do you say we get out of here? Take a little road trip" Klaus said as he approached me
"What are you talking about?" I asked
" I am talking about a sojourn to the countryside. You and me, wind in our hair ,Thelma and Louise on the open road" he explained as I continued to pick food.
"You know they die in the end,right?" I asked looking at him.
"Holding hands leaving our best lives my little cherub!" He continued ignoring me." Listen to me! I nearly died from Luther's farts last night! We need to get out of here! Get some fresh air"
"Okay I will bite. Why me Klaus"
"Because you said- you said you retired and- and that's what retired people do! And don't you deserve some-"
"There is no lobsters" i interrupted him
"Excuse me?" He said confused
"They were 3 lobsters in that tank and now they are gone"
"Yeah well you know, maybe Chet blended them into a morning smoothie" he said waiting for my answer.
I guess I do deserve some time off
"You are an idiot, but I am in" I said as Klaus thrown his hand to the air.
"Wo-hoo! This might help you realize to ask this girl out!" He said and I looked at him confused.
"Pardon?" I said
"Oh come on! That Sparrow girl" he smirked " you know the small cute one"
"The one with the blood covered in her face?" I said
"Exactly! She is just like you!" He said
"Oh okey. I don't have time for this." I said walking away.
"Hey come back!!" Klaus said following me.
A/n: I know it's small, it's useless but believe me the other chapter will have more interest. At least I hope it does.
