Ava's POV:

We all went to the basement.

"Holy shit" I said looking at the kugelblitz.

"Beautiful isn't it?" Fei said as five hold me back. I didn't even realise I was stepping closer to it.

"That's what took Stanley." Lila said
"Along with a few other billion people" fei said
"Who I didnt know and don't care about"
"Right it's all about you"

"All of us are irrelevant.t this thing is gonna take the whole damn universe" five said walking to the other side as I walked next to Lila

"What is it made of?" He asked
"Micro black holes collapsing at increasingly short intervals" Sloane said

"Oh we're screwed" I said

"Why aren't we all getting sucked inside?" Five asked
"We don't know"Sloane replied "you shouldn't exist here and neither should this."

"An impossibility for an impossibility" five said
"the universe is a sucker for balance" I said

"Grace has been tracking the waves. Next one is due in three hours" fei said

"Alright so what do we do?" Diego asked
"We trap it" Sloane replied

"Dyson sphere?" I asked
"Yeah" she replied

"Okay" five said crossing his arms looking at Sloane

"Confinement factor?"
"0.98 at peak energy flux"
"Tensile strength?"
"UTS ceiling of 10.000 gigapascals"

"Should i be finding this hot?" Lila said
"No!" Both Diego and Luther replied
"Yes" I said

Five looked at me and smirked.

"What do you think five?" Allison said
"Could work.." he said

"Or we could all die horribly" I finished.
"Exactly" he said

"I'm in" he said.
"You're not the one we need" Ben said
"Excuse you?"Allison said

"For this to work we need Ava, Sloane, Lila, Christopher and.." fei said

"Victor" Allison finished. "Of course" she said and she left. Then Ben left. And everyone else expect me and five.

I sat down the corner and five followed.

"Do you think it will work?" I said
"To be honest. I don't know." He said

I laughed. "God three days ago I was worried about losing cards with Jayme and Alphonso and now the world is about to end"

"I spent the past 20 days saving the world twice." Five said

"Well now three times" I said putting my head to his shoulder.

We sat silence for a few minutes.

"Hey Ava?" He said as I hummed. He stayed quiet. I looked at him.

"You okay?" I asked him but he only smiled. He place his hand on my cheek and I felt my breath hitched.

"Thank you" he said and I looked at him confused.
"For what?"
"For everything" he said

I leaned in his hand and smiled looking down. With his other hand he lift up my chin to look at him in the eyes. And then he kissed me.

I felt like time stopped. I immediately kissed him back closing my eyes . First it was gentle but then it started to get heated. His hand left my cheek and he lift he up in his lap. We broke the kiss to breath and I kissed him again. I could feel his hand going up and down my back pulling me closer to him as I placed my hands to his cheeks. Soon enough we apart again to breath as he started kissing my jaw, going down my neck.
