Ava's pov:

Me and five were eating and laughing when klaus approached us.

"Cinco" he said pointed at five "oh god" five muttured

"Mi harmano. Listen to me. Dad is upstairs right now with a plan to save everything. So what you say you, Ava and I pop up at the suite for a quick chitchat"

"Dad has a plan?I didn't know he could do that anymore" I said

"Are you like Frick and Frack with the old man now?" Five asked

"This dad is different!"
"Yeah he is my dad, not yours" I said taking a shot

"He is a turtle. Hard on the outside, but all cute and wrinkly on the inside." He said

"Klaus" five started
"Yes?"
"Old dogs like me and him never change. He has never had our best interests at heart. So" he said putting shot inside a glass "my only plan for tonight is to get fucked up beyond all recognition and then make love to Ava"

I choked on my drink at the last part

"Okay have at it" klaus said
"I shall" five said and they clinked their glasses

"Seriously?" I said with an attitude
"I wasn't joking love. Is there a problem?" He said looking at me
"Nah" I said looking at Lila and Malays taking a picture as five kissed the side of my head before continue eating.

Victor sat next to me.

"Hey" I said as I sipped for my water. Cause I don't wanna take fucked up tonight. Everyone went quite when dad entered the room. He grabbed a plate and sat to a table alone.

"What is he doing here"
"I can't even be invited to a bachelor party and he is here?"
"Yeah keep walking"
"Ben chill"
"Bloody hell"
"Wow you are so chill"
" how we are all here great"

A lot of mumbles were heard. Klaus did some signals  at dad who.. smiled?

I laid my head on fives shoulder. He rested his chin at the top of my head.

"You hungry?" He said holding his fork with a pineapple on it.  I nodded and he placed the fruit in my mouth. I start chewing it and five kissed my head.

"You look pretty" he said and I laughed
"Thank you" I smiled.

I leaned in and kissed me. I felt his kiss back. I pulled back and start eating again. I looked up to see Lila and Diego talking to dad. And then dad kissed Lila's hand?

"What the hell" I muttered. Lila walked towards me
"What the hell was that?" I asked her. She shrugged.

I looked at five as he took another shot. Well he will be fucked up. I leaned toward him.

"You okay?" I asked
"I can still feel anything. So yeah, unfortunately I am good" he said taking another shot as I shoke my head.

"Excuse me" victor said as he sat up. I was about to question him but dad clapped his fork with his glass gathering our attention. We turned around to face him and he walked on stage.

"I know it is customary..." he started but I zoomed out as I saw Allison and victor talking.

"Sloane" dad said "ever since you were a little girl, I've always known you were exceptionally bright. And though I can't say I know Luther all that well, from the few moments we have shared it seems you found yourself an adequate partner"

I raised my eyebrows in surprise as dad said adequate.

"He just called Luther adequate" five muttered smiling sipping his sanpane.

"Nicest thing he ever said" Diego said

"I have knowledge that as a father I was not without a faults. I hope these shortcoming will be seen as only a rough patch on an otherwise verdant lawn."

I rolled my eyes and sipped my drink as dad continue to talk.

"I am proud to call you my children. Even those who I raised in a revenant version of myself. I hope that tonight we can create a few special moments in whatever precious little time we have left." dad continued.

"The sun rises over a lilys field. A mother veiled her lips concealed." Allison left the room "the mourners come in droves of black, to bury what their hearts have. With shallow breath and time eclipsed, I pray you miss deaths gentle kiss." He finished raising his glass. Klaus, Diego and Lila clapped.

"I don't think the old man had it in him" five said with a small frown. I scrubbed his shoulder lightly as he looked at me and smiled.

"Bravo! Alright alright! Time to turn those frowns upside down! This one is for all the party people in the place" chet said as he changed the music. Everyone sat up and started dancing. I pulled five up with me.

"Ava nooo" he whined but I span him around and he laughed. We all danced for God knows how long. After a while five went to sing and Luther and Sloane slow dance. I stared at five as he smiled at me. I smiled back.

Finally a family. I looked up and smiled. After the song finished five came to me and grabbed my wrist pulling me outside. We saw the others sitting so we joined them. Klaus and Ben approached us

"Oh no"
"No no no no no"
"Klaus why are you bringing Ben here?" Five said wiping his chin

"Guys here me out!" Klaus said
"Hear him out" Ben repeated

"Is he drunk?" I asked
"As a scunk" Klaus said " the brother that you all knew is gone. Our ben the nice ben is ben the asshole he's gone now."
"Gone" ben said

"Klaus what are you talking about?" Luther said
"The asshole is gone now and the man infront of you is new new Ben and he is one of us. And he is a member of the team. And he is a part of the family"
"Family" Ben and klaus said

" and as I welcome gift I suggest we throw him off the roof" five said and I laughed. He hanged me closer.

"Yeah I will help" Diego said
"Come on!" Klaus complained
"You know what you know what.  He can stay he can stay" Luther said
"Why?" Diego asked
"Cause it my wedding day man. Come on he can stay" Luther said as they sat down.

"Holy smokes" klaus said while Ben thanked Luther.

"I love you" five whispered looking at me.
"I love you too." I said. It was getting cold go five let me borrow his suit. I wrapped it around me tightly . It smells like five and I love it

"You know something.. tonight is all I ever really wanted" Luther said
"To get hitched?" Diego joked
"No. Just everybody coming together when it really matters. One big real family"

I smiled looking at him and Sloane. Five sat up and almost fell.

"Woah woah woah woah" everyone said
"I think I'm gonna hurl" he said as everyone laughed
"Actually I am hungry see you guys I am gonna hit the bouffet" he said leaving

"Is he gonna be okay?"  Victor said concerned
"It's five what do you think?" Diego said
" I'm going after him." I said following five in the kitchen.
