Tale 4: A Day in the Life of Yami

-Black Bulls Apartment Complex: 8:15 AM-

The day had been as early as it could be for a certain couch. Normally Yami would've just slept in but because some pets were as active as they are, as they jump on his bead much to his dismay There was only one way he could get them to settle down as he woke up. He opened his eyes to see a familiar doberman and a Central Asia Shepherd whimpering and slobbering all over him.

He gave a sigh as he said. "God damn it. Fine, I'll take both of you on a walk. Now get off."

The dogs let out a bark as they wagged their tails before getting off and dashing back and forth to the door and back to his room. Yami sighed as he said. "This is gonna be a long day."

Yami never had any issues walking the dogs. They tug and occasionally try to go after any squirrel; though he always showed them who's boss. Especially when they managed to get off leash. Which had been all the time.

They managed to get free from their leash again as they had been chasing a couple of squirrels.

"Oi!" Yami shouted as the dogs went after a couple of squirrels that ran up a tree. "Get back here! Those guys aren't worth a damn thing!"

Only the doberman seemed to listen as the shepherd tried to get the squirrel down. He even started to bark, earning a few looks from people passing by.

Yami's eyebrow twitched before he said, "Listen here, you." The dog only flinched, "Keep chasing that squirrel and you're sleeping outside tonight. Got it?"

The dog whimpered before he rolled over on his back showing his stomach. Yami gave a huff as he said, "That's what I thought."

"Uncle Yami!"

Yami looked over and noticed a familiar young candy haired girl waving him down; A wolfdog had been walking by her side.

"Good morning." She said, "Out for a walk?"

"Well it's not like I had a choice." Yami told her. "These guys were very restless,"

Reina looked over to the dogs as they looked a bit fidgety, "I can see that--They're almost like they're puppies."

"Even when I adopted them before, they still never change."

"Strange--I thought Accel said he trained them so they wouldn't be so troublesome as he would put it." She said as King went up to greet them, "Did he forget?"

"I hope not." Yami replied. "If so, then he's gonna join his team members, Noelle, Feodora and Pluck in laps today."

"But he is crippled you know." She said.

"What's stopping him?" Yami asked.

Just then they were taken back when they heard the sound of a meow; they looked over and saw a black cat staring right at them. The dog's eyes started to sparkle.

"King---" Reina said, noticing how focused he had gotten.

"No." Yami said to the dogs.

The cat started to hiss before all three dogs started to bark at it. It started to run as they gave chase. "KING NO!" Reina shouted as she ran after her dog, "COME BACK!"

Yami shouted as he gave chase as well, "DAMN IT!"

"LEAVE THAT CAT ALONE!!" She yelled. The two dog owners started to give chase as they nearly almost got themselves hit by a set of cars.
