It was a stand still for the group as Genya and Sanemi came in in the nick of time between the thugs and them It wasn't long till of them said
"AH! THE NEIGHBORHOOD WATCHDOGS!"
"SHIT! THEY'RE GONNA KILL US!"
"W-WE'RE SORRY!"
"Seriously?!" The leader said "The neighborhood watch comes in and you all lose your balls?"
"WHAT WAS THAT YOU PIECE OF TRASH?" Sanemi asked with an aggressive look in his eyes as the leader shrunk.
"S-sorry!" The men exclaimed before they ran in the other direction. With Sanemi leaving a huff before turning to the teens. "So you runts got sucked in huh?"
"Y-yep." Marientte said "We-we're actually looking for Ladybug and Cat Noir to fix this mess
Sanemi only gave a look, "... Really?"
The teens shook their heads as they started to sweat as Sanemi gave them a look.
"I don;t think he's buying it, Bugaboo." Adrien said.
"Were you able to find the others?" Genya asked as he held Sanemi back.
Marineette shook her head as she said "We weren't able to find the others but Rin told us what happened to everyone else."
"All of a sudden they started speaking Japanese and lost their memory of us." Rin said.
"Though surprisingly we're the only ones not affected." Adrien said.
"Yeah I wonder why." Sanemi said as they shook, "So how do you suppose we fix it---Ladybug and Cat Noir?"
Marinette and Adrien flinched at this as they each looked shocked. "Wait--" Marinette said, "--You knew about--"
"--How?" Adrien asked.
"Do you really think it was that hard to figure out?" Sanemi told them, "I knew it was you the moment you the second your faces showed up on the TV. Compared to those two idiots, Your paperwork gets my blood boiling."
Marinette soon looked at Genya, "Is that true? Did you know too?"
"Yeah--I saw you guys on the news and all over social media--" Genya said before adding nonchalantly, "--And Jotaro told me."
At this, Marinette, Adrien and even Rin slumped over as they said in unison, "I should've known."
"Don't worry--" Sanemi told Marinette and Adrien, "--I didn't tell anyone in the precinct. This Hawk Moth guy means business, and if he knew who you were they would hurt anyone in relation to you--Including Genya, Aki and the kids, Reina and her family. Obviously I don't want that to happen, so be grateful I kept my mouth shut."
"Nemi--" Genya said as he only looked embarrassed.
Marinette couldn't help but look relieved as she said, "Thank Goodness."
"So shouldn't we go to this festival?" Rin asked.
"We would but it looks like there's something going on." Genya said, "I can't put my finger on it, but I got a real bad feeling about it."
"Yeah and these posters ain't doing justice." Sanemi added as he took a wanted poster of Adofo.
"Regardless, we should go there and check it out." Rin said.
