Neomar's pov-

I look up from my computer with a sigh, "Kendle! " I shout my betas name, seconds later my brother walks in with his mate Finch hot on his heels. "The moonlit pack has invited us too a BBQ since we agreed to ally with them. " My stupid brother perks up with a mischievous smile, I give him a glare, "Don't you fucking think about it. " I say the words through gritted teeth. My brother likes too pull pranks which is all fun in games till it's not, and he doesn't know when it's not. " The BBQ is tomorrow, so go get ready we're leaving in an hour. " I state getting up from my desk and heading too my room. I head up the stairs of the pack house and push open the door at the end of the hall.

I plop down on my bed happy with the vibe in my room. I get up grabbing my phone off the ledge on top of my bed and unpluge it heading towards my closet. I grab a relatively big suitcase, can never be too prepared for trips. I pack clothes that are fancy enough for the event and some comfy clothes as well. My wolf jumps with joy at the sight of comfy clothes, I chuckle and continue packing.

I finish packing and pick out clothes for the drive, sweats,  a white crop top, and my fleece pull over.

I grabbedd a pair of ankle socks and put them on as well before grabbing my black Doc Martins and my phone, as well as my charger and a few other essentials that I throw into my bag. I click on my phone to see it is now 11pm I sigh and head downstairs with my suit case. I'm greeted by my brother, his mate, and a few warriors. I head towards my deep green Bronco.

I slide in the driver's seat waiting for my brother and his mate to slide in the back. "Did one of you remember the keys? " I questioned, " Yup, " my brother throws the keys at me, I catch them but send him a growl. Xe shrugs grabbing a blanket from the ground pulling his tired mate to the side of him and draping the blanket across them. I start the car and pull out of the makeshift driveway, looking back and seeing a few more cars following in suite.

We approach the new lands seeing the forrest get thicker. My wolf feels excited, but also a feeling that's not normal for her. she's anxious. I'm slightly worried for her and decide it's probably best too let her out for a bit before the BBQ, after taking a nap I think making plans for later on in the day. We approach the hotel we were told was rented out for us.

I park in the vacant lot and turn off the ignition. I look back at my brother and his mate too see their  just waking up. I roll my eyes and look at the time 4am, "have a nice 5 hour drive? " I question a bit smug. My brother let's out a Huff letting me know my questions aren't appreciated right now. "Come on let's head inside so we can get some proper rest. " I pick up my suit case and head inside to check in, followed by my brother, Finch, and some of my top warriors as well as their mates. We head to the desk to get checked in, and head towards our rooms. We all split up heading into our separate rooms, I'm pretty sure were all exhausted. I get the charger out from my bag and plug it into the wall plugging my phone in and ploping down on the bed. As soon as my head hit the pillow it's lights out.

I wake up, clicking on my phone to see it's 12pm. Better get up, I think with a groan. I get up noticing I slept on top of the covers I head too the bathroom to get ready for the BBQ later tonight. I turn on the bathtub and plug the drain and go get some body wash from my bag, as well as my specialized shampoo and conditioner. I place them on the side of the bathtub and turn off the water seeing that the tub is full by now. I strip off my clothes laying them in a neat pile before dipping into the tub and washing off the stress and anxiety from the night before.

I sit there a while soaking and letting my muscles relax before grabbing the various cleaning products for my hair and body. Getting started on my routine I apply the shampoo making sure to get all the way down to my scalp. I rinse out the shampoo and move onto the conditioner, making sure to get the same coverage before letting it sit and moving on too my body. I grab my razor and start shaving any hair I don't want on my human form. I finish up shaving and lather myself in my lavender soap before washing it off. I rinse out the conditioner, unplugging the drain and stepping out of the water. I grab two towels and wrap one around my body and the other on my head to start absorbing the water from my hair.

I finish up the rest of my routine to get ready, drying my hair in the process. I go out of the bathroom and head towards my suit case pulling out a few outfit options and my makeup bag. When I'm in the bathroom I sit on the counter starting my make up. I do a light natural look deciding on some jeans with a loose fitting croped sweatshirt.

Happy with my outfit I grab some socks as well as my black doc martins putting everything on and putting my phone in my back pocket I head outside the hotel to let my wolf out. I get to a seemingly resort location outside in the Forrest taking in my surroundings I pull my wolf to the front letting her know it's ok to shift. I feel her get excited before my bones pop in and out of place, and my skin get covered in fur. I feel my paws hit the ground, and with that my wolf is off in a run.
