Sage's POV-
Neomar and I walk back into the party hand in hand, after my melt down I'm feeling a bit fatigued. That cuts out any more wrestling for me I guess. We walk around the party spotting my father sitting with my sister and a few other pack mates around the bonfire. I look up at Neomar and point too my family giving her a big smile, "can we go say sit with rana and father? " my voice was still a bit high but Neomar didn't seem to mind, "of course love. " She gives me a warm smile and we start our way towards my family.
My sister turns her head spotting Neomar and I, her eyes dart towards our hands then at me, "Feeling better sage? " she gave me a smug look, I rolled my eyes at her. Me and Neomar took a seat on a vacant log and I scooted closer too her resting my head on her shoulder. If I was in my wolf form my tail would be wagging non stop.
My father walks to the porch we use as a make shift stage for announcements, "Members of the moonlit and pinerun packs may I have your attention, " my father stops too let the crowd settle, "This celebration of our two packs has a special surprise, my child sage has found their mate! Alpha Neomar Jasper! " my father cheers as well as the rest of the crowd. Of course he'd be the one too let the whole pack know, I mentally face palm. Neomar rubs my back seeing me get embarrassed that my father just announced that were mates to the majority of our packs.
The rest of the party carries on with me glued to Neomar's side getting a few congratulations from our pack mates every now and then. I look up towards the moon seeing its almost at the center of the sky, it's a crescent moon tonight, beautiful. A few moments later I see a group of wolves start to shift, Fuck ya pack run! I look up at Neomar with excitement, "Let's go join the pack run! " I say seeing her notice the others starting to shift and group together, "Ok sweetie. " she gives a slight laugh at my excited stature and heads over too the group. My father soon joins us as well as my sister, Jackie, Jared, and Neomar's brother Kendle. We shift and start the run on my fathers mark.
The run lasts till the moon is no longer at the center of the sky, noticing this I let out a howl joined by the rest of the wolves that joined the run. I hear Neomar join in, her howl is so beautiful I stop to admire her and she is stunning, she's standing with so much authority her wolfs posture is strong, it's obvious she's an alpha, she looks like a goddess.
