Steve sat in bed as he thought about how tommorow would go,his work and how Dustin would probably come in with some giant issues that Steve would feel the need to Fix and make sure no one gets hurt only to take every other person's beating.

He stopped for a moment and shook his head,Trying to tell himself it would be fine only to hear his father come home from work,He knew his father wouldn't take the time to walk up the stairs and talk to him even if he did something,As long as he wasn't downstairs he would be fine.That's what he figured out after living with him for so long.

He stayed in bed and yawned slightly,He felt a sob in his throat and instead of confronting it and telling himself it would be fine he got up and turned on the lights, Starting to randomly clean his already clean room,as he cleaned he looked for anything to do so that he wouldn't have to confront it and lay in bed intell he started crying, Though he found nothing so he decided to see if Eddie would pick up in the walkie talkie,Just to talk for a bit.

Shockingly Eddie did answer -"Harington?"Eddie asked and Steve gulped some-"U-Uh yep that's me"Steve told him,Smiling, Secretly really happy he answered.

"Dude it's like 3 am what's going on?Does it have to do with Vecna?"Eddie asks,Worried.

"Oh,,No No don't worry I just wanted to talk to someone and well-Eh yeah shit sorry"Steve said,Hitting his head with his hands harshly,God he felt so stupid.

"Harington you alright?You sound weird"Eddie asked and Steve sighed-"Uh huh yeah I'm alright"He tells him."I was just bored is all"Steve lies and Eddie sighs some,Seeing through his lie-"Okay well I was about to go to sleep dude,I need to go"Eddie tell hims and Steve gulps some,Wanting to ask if he could come over so bad but he worried the other would get upset with him-"Mhm,,Y-Yeah Yeah it's fine whatever goodnight"Steve said,Slightly annoyed as he turned the walkie talkie off and tossed it in the floor,Why was he even angry?God now he felt bad what if he upset Eddie?Why did he even text him?Steve felt himself start to do the thing he was trying to avoid the entire night,Sitting there crying.It was bad.He wasn't hitting himself or anything like that,He didn't have the energy too,But he was pulling on his hair some as he hiccuped slightly from all the crying.He was sobbing hardly when he heard a noise

He heard something knock on his window,He quickly wiped his tears, hoping the darkness would hide his tear eyes and face.He opened the Window and Saw Eddie Munson.

"Eddie?"Steve called out quietly-"Yep it's me can I come in?"He asked and Steve nodded helping him Into his house through the window.

"So Harington what's going on?"Eddie asked as he sat on the bed,Steve sat down by him.

"Nothing I told you,I was just bored",He said,His voice still shaking from crying before.

"Ugh,Come on Steve we both know that's bullshit!"Eddie said while looking at him."Keep it down my dad's downstairs"Steve told Him-"Did he do something again?"Eddie asked and Steve gulped -"N-No now stop assuming stuff,He never did anything anyways,He never is even home"Steve tells him and Eddie's sighs."Come on Steve what's going on?"Eddie asked and Steve gulped,Leaning on him.

"I'm tired Eddie"Steve Mumbled -"I'm fucking exhausted with all of the shit that happened,I feel like I'm always stuck helping everyone and if I don't help someone I'm a asshole"Steve Says,A few tears threatening to fall from his eyes but he quickly wiped them,Not letting them fall.

Eddie listened to him and wrapped one of his arms around him-"Hey it's okay Steve"

"You aren't a asshole Steve don't worry about that,Matter a fact you are one of the most understanding and nicest person out there"Eddie told him

"Thank you Eddie"
