Coraline

I will be doing the reaction to the movie since it's one of my favorites.

Luz

Luz would have cried at the movie when she was young but then grow to love it as she got older. She watches it with you sometimes and always points out the little details she thinks no one notices. Has made at least one Coraline edit and watches all the theory's on them.

Eda

Watched the movie and thought it was creepy. Showed it to king and Luz. King was scared and Luz loved it. She loves the movie but is kinda scared that a human could think of a concept as creepy as Coraline. Threatens to put it on when King misbehaves.

Willow

Loved the movie, loved the animation, loved the story, loved the characters, loved the creepy yet comforting atmosphere of the movie. She obsesses over it for a while and thanks you for introducing it to her. Looks at all the other Lakia movies and loves them as well.

Amity

Kinda scared of the movie. Thinks her mom would relate to the Other Mother. Showed it to her siblings and they loved it. Mostly Emira. She finds an unsettling comfort in the movie and loves to watch the Circus and Garden scenes. Can't explain why but she loves that scene the most. At first, she wondered why Coraline didn't want to sew the buttons because she was distracted by the good food.

Gus

Was slightly scared by the movie but loved it. I would say he watches it at least three times a week. Loves to point out little details. Thinks it's a cinematic masterpiece. (Which it is!) Loves the amount of care and effort put into it along with the amount of symbolization and effects. Reads the book after so he can find out more.

Hunter

Is scared by the movie. Almost cried the first time, not because he was scared but because he felt comforted by the other world. He hasn't had much experience with great parents so the other mother was a good character to him until it was revealed she eats the children. Loves the idea of the Other World and loves the movie to shreds.

Collector

Didn't pay attention to the movie. Got bored and only came back when the other father started singing. After that, it was a cycle of them leaving and coming back when things got interesting. They don't like the movie because it's boring to them at first but then come back for the interesting parts.
