3 Hours into Surgery
"Her brain is swelling and I can't get this bleeding under control. Dammit," Derek swears under his breathe trying to keep his eyes off the gallery where Meredith has tears running down her cheeks with her hands pressed against the glass while Alex can barely look into the room. "She's brain dead. Her brain swell to much" Derek says angrily. Now everybody stops moving. They close her up, everybody is in silence except from April that couldn't control herself. Owen wasn't at the gallery, so it would be difficult to decide who is going to give him the news. Meredith had a breakdown and Alex need to take her away from the gallery.
