It's been almost a month since the strange man's visit. Ever since you've realised that you had no way of replying to the letter since you didn't have an owl, you've completely forgotten about Hogwarts. You go on about your day, you shower, you brush your teeth, you eat. Just like every other day.
It wasn't until about 8 AM you hear a knock on your door. You put down the book you were reading and you head to your door.
You open your door to a big man. No, not big, gigantic. This man is taller than your door. Honestly, you're not so sure he can fit through the door.
"Hello there Y/N." The man says giddily. "You are?" You ask. "My bad, shoulda introduced meself. Name's Hagrid." He held his gigantic hand out. You were sure that his hand is bigger than your whole head. "Pleasure to meet you Hagrid." You said as you shook his hand. "You've grown since the las' time I've seen yeh." He tells you with a smile. He definitely looks kinder than what he appears to be. A gentle giant, you thought to yourself. You look up to him and ask, "Sooo.. to what do I owe the pleasure?"
"Actually, Dumbledore sent me here to help ya." He said with a chuckle. "Sorry, who?" You asked. You were sure you misheard because who in this world is named "dumb-ball-door".
"Dumbledore. Old fella with a white beard." He said, "He visited yeh a few weeks ago? Ring a bell?"
OHHH. The mysterious old man with the glorious beard whose name I forgot to get.
"Yes, I remember him." You say. You both just stare at each other not knowing what to say. "Well are you staying or are yeh goin'?" He asks. "Going where exactly?" You ask, completely confused at what's happening. "To Hogwarts of course!"
