"Okay- and who exactly was this mystery woman" Murray questioned from the edge of the bench he was sat on.

Whilst Yuri was mucking around with Katinka, our call finally got passed though and Hopper seemed to have an - unusual, phone call with some woman that had given apparently, very limited news on Hawkins and it problems, aswell as whether or not they could help us get out of Russia.

"Not sure - i mean she wasn't exactly Miss talkative you know, i spent five minutes trying to convince her i was real, me and y/n are supposed to be dead remember -" Hopper stated, as everyone kept their gaze on him.

I wouldn't have been surprised if this women was suspicious of the phone call, especially if it came from Russian on top of someone who was supposed to be dead.

"Anyway, i finally get around to half convincing her - she starts to open up a bit, say's shes a friend of the docs, when i asked where he was she said he was indisposed " Hopper sighed, leaning back into the creates as i leant more into Enzo .

"Indisposed" Joyce questioned with furrowed brows as Hopper continued.

"It gets worse, she said the doc's with the girl and the girl went off to fight some evil in Hawkins"

Well shit.

At least know we - i knew for sure that there was something maleficent going on and i wasn't loosing my mind.

But it still meant that the problem, whatever it may be,  could only get worse and we where still stuck in Russia with nothing to do or help with. This was just getting better and better.

"Then they all went of grid - the doc, the girl, everybody" he finished gloomily with a sigh.

I couldn't imagine the toll this was putting on him - finding out that Hawkins was yet again in some kind of immoral danger, and El - yet again, was pushing everything aside to help selflessly.

And yet there was still nothing we could do about it - not from right here.

"The girl - meaning El" Murray questioned lightly - obviously noticing the pain Hopper was experiencing from being told that El was putting herself in immense danger for the fourth time.

"Yeah it has to be" Hopper breathed out, having another far away look in his eyes as i looked down.

I was really praying that this time, if we had to face another version of the mind flair again, it would go in our favour this time - no more fake deaths or destruction, because no one - or us, should have to go through that again.

"This is your daughter American" Enzo asked quietly, knowing it would be a fragile subject for him at the minute.

Hoppers simple response was a slow hum in Enzo's direction before beginning again.

"And she's not alone - Joyce's kids are with em'" He finished.

It's not surprising that they would all be together in this kind of situation, at least they had each other, and maybe somehow, they had a better chance as fighting this create than we did - thats if they can make it to Hawkins in time.

I knew Joyce had moved to California, and that drive is not fun. Trust me.

At least they where some-what closer than we are to it all.

"Okay, i- i see the mood is bleak - and understandably so, but i do think we need to consider the very real possibility that this women is in fact part of the KGB and she's-"Murray started after along pause of everyone els taking in what Hopper had just said, until he was interrupted by Joyce.
