Ch56 Don't leave me alone
A strong light engulfed everything in sight, the footholds under our feet were destroyed in an instant, and we would all fall back to the outside world.
Subconsciously I grabbed Velvet, grabbed her tightly before falling to separate us, grabbed her before she disappeared in the light.
I won't leave her alone, I don't want her to leave alone.
At the end, Velvet joins the fight with powers beyond her human limits.
I knew from the moment she flashed behind Tartarus as if she was unharmed, she was using the forbidden drug Rose gave her.
I knew she would use the forbidden drug sooner or later, but in the end, it was because I couldn't defeat Tartarus alone, letting her make the decision to fight regardless of her physical condition.
I just hope she can treat herself well, rest well, and not force herself, but in the end I let her force herself to help me.
This made me feel a tingling feeling in my heart, a tearing pain more painful than the wound on my body.
However, without her actions, we may not be able to successfully usher in victory.
She lost consciousness, and her actions exceeded her body's load many times. I am afraid that the burden on her body would be reflected in the moment she relaxed. She lost consciousness and let her body blow with the strong wind, like a broken kite would go somewhere far away, and then smashed to the ground when there was no wind. As if to say that 'The victory has come, and I don't need to be here.' , giving up her body.
This is our victory, but if you are not here, everything is meaningless.
We have to live together after this, we have to find what we will do after this, that was a promise.
So I can't let you go first!
I don't know what's going down below. I don't know how high we are, I just tried my best to pull her, who seemed to be blown away by the wind, into my arms and hold her tightly.
In my arms, warm blood tainted my white cape, I don't care, I just want to transfer my body temperature as much as possible to the body that is as cold as a corpse in my arms. After she cut off her own left arm, the blood spurted out more exaggeratedly than normal. The effect of the medicine made every cell in her body work out of control, her heart was beating violently, and her blood poured out like a fountain under this crazy blood pressure, taking away all the remaining temperature in her body.
The icy air turns the blood drops into ice crystals, which is the temperature of high-speed frost in the air. We are falling at high speed as if we are going to drift away in this misty air.
I want to hold her tightly, let her temperature stay here, and let her body stop trembling like a newborn deer. She hugs me weakly thus I have to become someone she can rely on.
The sky looms in the fog, and the dusk of the setting sun will soon usher in night, and you are the darkness that seems to be dissolved in the night.
From when I first met, I couldn't take my eyes off you.
I always felt that there was an illusory atmosphere around you, as if you were going to disappear in the next moment, and you looked lonely and wanted to disappear quietly.
I hate seeing that expression of you, hate the tenderness that wants to disappear alone without disturbing anyone, but I can't take my eyes away.
You have suffered so much, you have saved the world, and you deserve the happiest ending.
