Okay, but I've read so many human AUs about Sokeefe in a coffee shop, and I just needed to do one of my own. So if your reading this, and you have a Oneshot/story like this one, just know that I'm not trying to copy you. I just find this to be a really cute cliche.

And background info: Sophie and Keefe are both in collage, Keefe is in Fine Arts, and Sophie is on break, I really don't know what she would be in. Comment if you have an idea. And this is probably going kinda be Love At first Sight kinda thing, so...

This also may be multiple parts. Actually, scratch that, it will be multiple parts.

Human AU
Keefe's POV.

Keefe breathed a sigh of relief as he pushed opened the door to the coffee shop that he loved, getting out of the rain, and hearing the familiar bell make a melodic sound as he walked in the cozy building.

He shivered, and touched his hair, which was—as expected after being In the pouring rain—was not his usual hairstyle. More like a soaked pancake, with little spikes popping up.

He sighed and walked up to the front, to the counter where he saw a cute blonde taking an order from a man in front of him. Huh, never seen her around before. Must be new. She's actually pretty cute.

He shook his head. He couldn't be thinking about a cute girl right now. He had no intent to date, just to finish collage, and get a degree in arts, so he can open up his own studio. That was all. (Hunkyhair needs a little excitement in his life.)

Keefe was ripped out of his thoughts by the girls voice sweeping over him, "hello, earth to whoever you are. Do you need anything, or are you trying to hold up the line, and stare off into the distance."

When he came back to the present, he saw the girl playfully glaring at him, and the man staring at him.

"Uh, sorry." He squeaked out, impossible to get his eyes off her brown ones. The man mumbled something something about "you kids"- which to Keefe was very offensive, since he was not a kid. He was 19 and....okay, maybe he acted like a kid sometimes. Which wasn't entirely on him-
Right. He had to order. He really had to get his thoughts under control.

The girl finally broke into a smile, not able to hold her glare.

He smiled, and walked up to the counter. "You know, I would remember a cute girl working here. You must be new." Just because he told himself not to date, didn't mean he couldn't flirt.

The girl—he really needed a new name for her—blushed and whispered something. Whch Keefe Couldn't hear, because he was to busy looking at her eyes. Now that they were closer, he could see that her caramel brown eyes had bits of gold in them, and, for some reason, he couldn't get his eyes off them.

"Um....what did you say?" He asked, and then immediately wanted to kick himself, because that was a good way to start a sentence.

The girl rolled her eyes, "I said, what's your order?" A strand of hair fell in her face, and Keefe desperately wanted to tuck it behind her ear, but she beat him to it. Ugh, he only met this girl, and he's already thinking crazy thoughts.

Instead he put on a smirk, "how about, instead I can get a name from you, I hate just calling you The Girl."

She rolled her eyes—he had a feeling she would be doing that a lot for him—and pointed to her lapel, where a tiny placard said Sophie. "Now can I get an order. Your kinda holding up the line." She was right of course, there where plenty of people he was holding up.

"Fine, can I get a...donut." He wasn't really up for coffee right now, even though he loved it.

Sophie resident here eyebrows, "you gotta be more specific then that, or I'll throw in a random one for you."
