I came back because of Alfie he's here for a meeting " just go in with me" he says I nod nudging me as we walk into toms office " Emily alf" he greets us I roll my eyes laying on the couch

I don't listen to them and Alf gets up ready to leave and so do I and Tom speaks " Emily can we talk" he asks I nod and Alf looks at me I nod at him and he leaves I face Thomas

" Alfie told me" I look at him as tears brim my eyes

I hear footsteps well more like running footsteps

I sit up and try get dressed as fast as possible but the door bursts open and two men come storming in I try grab my gun but one of the grab me putting me against the wall there hands around my throat

" don't cry please I hate seeing you cry" he pulls me out of my thoughts and wipes my tears I hug him " I want come back" I say and he hugs me moving my hair to one side so he can kiss my forehead " it's your home more than mine Emily" I sigh as a knock comes to the door Tommy doesn't unlatch himself

" come on" Tommy says and I hear pol " the pub re opening remember come on let's go" Tom nods and pol leaves i pull away from the hug and he cups my face in both of his hands kissing me I kiss back

We pull away and eventually leave to get to the garrison and it's packet

Tommy gets pulled off I go to the bar and order a whiskey " yes love" Arthur says I smirk at him as I get it and walk off to the table where fin and John are " give me that" I say to fin and he does " John keep him off the fucking whiskey" I say downing fins and walk away and see Ada come in

I smile and hug her " hello you" I giggle as I down my drink taking Karl and he laughs as I tickle his chin and he puts his head on my shoulder as I sit next to esme " he's the cutest little thing" I say squeezing him lightly and Ada comes and sits down " have your own" I shake my head

" nope definitely not yet nothing is stable" I say and pas Karl back to his mum getting up and going to the bar instead going behind it grabbing a bottle of Irish whiskey and a glass and going to johns table

" okay let's do this" he says I laugh I'm not really drinking that much it was for him and I soon get tired I push my glass away putting my arms on the table and putting my face on them side ways

" I won't be long" I hear Tom whisper as a jacket gets put over my shoulders

I look around and my eyes catch Emily asleep but you can't tell because her eyes are covering her eyes " Tom go home" John says I just look at Emily polly and the girls are sat around her and she's not fussed she's tired "no am keep it together Johnny boy" I say as I walk to Emily

Pol shuffles over and I wrap my arm around Emily's waist and draw circles on her side I screw her stir and she leans into me " morning" she says and I smile as she lifts her head I use my other hand to wipe the hair out of her face " home" I ask and he nods but she puts her head on my shoulder looking around

" I'm happy here you know" she says I smile lightly at her " I like that John and Arthur didn't reject me because we are in a marriage and I like that pol and Ada don't hate me because I'm a bitch and I love that fin like me because he's like my little brother"

" this feels right" she says as she looks up at me and smiles and it reaches her eyes and she leans up kissing me I kiss her back

And she pulls away laughing.

" let go home eh have a cuddle" I say and she nods
