We are all sat in the drawing room at the big table mr knight at the top me on his left and Emily next to me her mother and brother opposite us.
" Thomas" Polly nods her head at Emily who has her head in her hands and I see blood going down her neck I nod understanding
" Emily sit up now" her brother snaps at her and she straightens herself up I see her eyes squint a little and he dad carries on talking " ex-exuse me i-I need to go" Emily stutter as she stands up gripping the chair till her knuckles go white
" I'm going with my wife for a minute" I say as I stand up jogging to Emily I wrap my arm around her waste " what happened eh" I ask and she mumbles but I don't catch it "we need to go somewhere they can't find me for a minuite" she says as she comes to a stand still
" we can go my office okay" she hums in agreement and when we get there I sit her on the couch and John walks in " I need a cloth and the first aid kit the kitchen in the cupboard next to the classes"
" yes boss" I hear Emily laugh lightly " think I might pass out" she says as she lays on the couch I sit on the edge off the coffee table " here drink this help with the pain" I say offering her a whiskey she scoffs
" you joking I went to war I don't need a whiskey" she says surprising me " you went to war" she nods " yep even got kidnapped by the Germans for information that I didn't have it was like a feild trip" I laugh
" okay I'm light out" she says as her eyes flutter close as John comes tumbling in
" go distract them" I say and he nods I clean the cut on the back of her head and the blood off her kneck before stitching it " how eh how did you get that" I mutter as I wipe hair out of her face"
" you like her Thomas" pol says I nod " I think so pol I think so she's pretty" Polly laughs " treat her right or she'll have your balls" I nod

I woke there was a note I'm out but call the garrison if you need me or the betting den they are on a piece of paper next to the phone Thom x
I smile a little as I stand up and walk out and I walk upstairs to my room see what time it is as soon as I reach my door 10:30pm
Shit I run downstairs and get in my car driving to the doctors
- I walk out and bump into someone " sorry" I say and carry on walking as I find people Quinn I see John I smile walking in and Ada rushes me to the living room where pol is I see Ada's baby Karl I smile at him staring into space
" your pregnant" polly states I don't move my stare from the baby but I nod " that I am but don't worry I'm getting rid" I stare at Karl as he sleeps
" what are you gonna tell Thomas" I shrug " baby's dads in prison anyway what's the point I'll tel thomas it was business related and I'll come back when I feel better" I say already trusting them and Ada leaves
" what happened" now I move my gaze onto polly
" people happened bad people" I state and polly stands up coming over to me and wraps an arm around me hugging me "I never really had a mum she was never emotionally or physically there I dealt with everything by myself periods , boyfriends, everything"
" never had a dad to protect me he was usually the one putting me in danger and Elias gets away with everything I even went to was for Elias he has my medals not that I wanted them but he's a fake of what I do" I let my tears fall
And polly makes me face her " you can ignore them now detach from them you have me Ada Thomas John and Arthur and the girls ey we will love you and be there" I nod as I hug her back
" I know it's probably cheeky but will you come with me to the woman I don't want to be alone after it even if we don't talk I don't want to be alone" she nods smiling wiping my tears " yes I will now go to your husband" I smirk as I stand up and walk to Thomas office
I see him and a man facing the window I swing the door open " hello" I say and Thomas turns around " feeling better I see" I nod at him " I'm going away with pol for business at the end of the week that leaves 3 days for everything else" he nods I walk out and I drive back to the big house
" Emily knight right" I turn and see mr Mosley I've heared all about him " what are you doing in my house" I ask him and he smiles weirdly at me " I'm here to wait for Thomas" I shrug " he's in small heath but I'll call him for you"
I say as I walk to the phone that's in the corner off the livingroom " hey pol but Thomas on please" I ask and she hums I hear her shout " yes Thomas here" " mr Mosley is at the house waiting for you" I state he puts the phone down and so do I and I turn around to see mr Moslems chest
I look up at him and he's smirking " move" I say and he huffs " you are a beautiful thing why does he keep you locked up" I take a deep breath " get away now" I say and he grabs me by the back of my kneck
" does everyone know about the baby that isn't Thomas's" I feel my heart sink " mr Mosley how can I help you" our heads snap to Thomas as he walks in and Mosley goes over to him
I leave the room and go upstairs to my room.

Emily left with poll about a week ago to go do some business and I'm holding down the fort I'm Calling me knight now
" hello Shelby" he greets " hello have you heared anything off Emily to see how the business is dont" i ask " what are you on about we didn't send her anywhere for business" I sigh " you did and polly went with her" he scoffs
" I didn't do no such thing she's with you now only need her if there's business's too be sorted over there"
