Lizzie's pov:
After a very busy night with Yn, yes it was what you think, we went to bed very late. It was a very silly idea given the fact we have two beautiful children who don't understand times and just jump on our bed whenever they wake up. It can be very painful sometimes as they get up at like 5 in the morning.
"You hear that?" I hear Yn whisper
"Yes" I groan as I hear a small pair of footsteps running towards our bedroom door.
"Bets on who. I say Hope" Yn chuckles
"I'll say Dylan" I answer rolling over to face Yn
"You have fun last night?" Yn jokes and I roll my eyes and smile.
"No I hated every second" I tease
"Well those noises say otherwise" Yn winks at me
"YN!" I whisper-shout hitting her.
"Mommy!" Hope cries opening the door.
"Hey baby!" I say opening my arms as a crying Hope crawls into bed.
"I was right" Yn whispers in my ear and I secretly give her the finger.
"Why are we crying hey?" I ask wiping Hope's tears.
"B-because I want you" she sobs wrapping her little arms around me.
"You have me now" I say lying back under the covers with Hope on me.
"You get Dylan if he comes in" I whisper to Yn who laughs and rolls over so her back is facing me.
We all sleep for a while until I hear crying on the baby monitor.
"Yn that's on you" I whisper to her
"Shh he'll go back to sleep" Yn mumbles
"No he won't. Go fetch him and we can have a family snuggle" I tell her. She rolls her eyes and groans but gets out of bed to fetch our baby boy.
Incase you're wondering how me and Yn, both women, have children it's because Yn got pregnant with Hope while we were taking a break but once we got back together she was 4 months pregnant so Hope is biologically Yn's but we adopted Dylan when he was three days old. We just went to the adoption centre one day and asked if they had any young children as they did. We haven't told the kids about Dylan being adopted but we plan to once he either asks or he's old enough to understand.
With that out the way, Yn walks in holding a screaming Dylan and gets back into bed. We all sit up Dylan on Yn's lap and Hope sitting on mine, facing me.
"Mommy? Can we go to Disneyland?" Hope asks looking at me then Yn
"Ask Mama" I say.
"Mama can we go to Disneyland? Please?" Hope asks Yn
"Why Disneyland? You don't like theme park rides" Yn tells Hope
"But I wanna see Mickey and all the Princesses! Ally went and said it was good" Hope whines
"When would we go? You have school and mommy and mama have filming" Yn says to Hope who sticks her thumb in her mouth and lies on my chest, sulking.
"Mama bwekkie" Dylan says pulling on Yn's hair.
"Yeah I agree Dylan! It's time we all get brekkie" Yn says standing up with Dylan on her hip
"I not eating till we go to Disneyland" Hope says crossing her arms.
"Well you have to eat otherwise how will we get to Disneyland?" I ask picking her up.
After a long day of Hope begging for us to go to Disneyland I go on google and have a look at prices and availability.
"What are you doing?" Yn asks looking over my shoulder.
"Just looking" I tell her as she plates up the kids dinner, chicken nuggets and fries with some carrots, broccoli and beans.
"Hmm I don't believe you! We aren't going you know where. She hates rides and Dylan hates walking around all day. We'd have a day full of tears" Yn tells me taking the kids plates over. I follow her as she hands them their food and sits down at the dinner table. Me and Yn are ordering take out once the kids are in bed.
"Well we wouldnt go for one day. It'd be a vacation I guess" I tell Yn who rolls her eyes at me but smiles.
"Yeah? How would that work with out schedule?" she asks.
"We're off work this weekend. We could go then?" I ask
"Hope don't eat your beans with your fingers. Use your spoon" Yn says handing the spoon to Hope.
"And you! I don't think taking the kids would be a good idea. They hate travelling in the car for long distances and Dylan would cry the whole time from having to be in his stroller" Yn argues. She really doesn't want to go to Disneyland!
"I'm pretty sure if it meant seeing his favourite TV characters he wouldn't mind" I say picking up the broccoli that Dylan threw on the floor up. We talk about the trip the whole time the kids eat and then while they play on the floor after they eat.
I've now persuaded Yn to the point where we're looking at suits to stay at whilst at Disneyland on my laptop.
"MOMMY!" Hope screams
"What?" I ask looking up from the screen
"Dylan hit me" she cries.
"Dylan don't hit your sister please" I say as Yn scrolls through one hotel room.
"I didnt!" Dylan protests
"Okay but still. Be good and play nicely together" I say as I see Yn click on the calender
"Are you booking a vacation to Disneyland?" I whisper to Yn
"Fuck off Liz" Yn whispers back clicking the 'confirm' button.
"You want to tell the kids or shall I?" I ask
"We'll do it together" Yn answers
"Kids come over here" I call them
"Why?" Hope asks climbing onto Yn's lap. I lift Dylan onto my lap and Yn rolls her eyes at me before saying
"Okay because you two have been great for us whilst we've been filming we've decided to treat you"
"Yeah we have. It's a big treat because you've behaved so so well for mommy and mama" I add on.
"So we are going away for the weekend" Yn says
"This one?" Hope asks
"Yeah. You want to know where we are staying for the weekend?" Yn says
"Yes! Yes!" Hope chants
"Where mommy?" Dylan asks
"On three?" Yn says
"One"
"Two"
"Three"
"DISNEYLAND!" Me and Yn say at the same time.
"YAY!" Hope screams jumping off Yn's lap and dancing around the living room
"You excited Dylan?" I ask bouncing him on my lap
"We see Mickey?" he asks
"Yeah and Donald and Goofy and all the other characters!" I tell him
"Yay!" Dylan cheers sliding off my lap and joining in with Hope's dancing.
"Well you deffintly made them happy!" I say to Yn kissing her
"EWWW!" Dylan and Hope scream as we kiss
"Oh stop you'll ve doing that soon!" Yn says to Hope
"NO I WON'T!" Hope laughs jumping back onto Yn's lap.
"What day it is?" Dylan asks as I lift him back onto my lap
"It's Thursday" I answer
"When we go?" he asks
"We pack Friday night and go early in the morning on Saturday" I answer
"So that soon?" he asks
"It's two sleeps away" I tell him
"Yay!" he cheers before curling up into a ball and sucking on his thumb. After another ten minutes Hope does the same thing and we soon have two sleeping kids.
