Maxon/America After the selection

The party

I went back to my room and saw that Marlee, Mary, and Luce had a dress out for me already. They knew about the baby because some how I was getting bigger.

" Thank you for getting my dress out."

It was a purple dress with a heart neck line and little flowers that were white on the dress.

" We hoped that it said Maxon I need to tell you I am having a baby look." Said Luce.

After a hour or so of getting ready I was done. I looked wonderful. My hair was pulled up into a bun on my head and i got back my dads necklace after Maxon dad died. My makeup was a nice look. As i walked down to the ballroom I was making sure Maxon was not out here. I walked in the room and i felt like all eyes were on me now. Maxon ran to my side and kissed me on the head.

" You look wonderful my love."

" Well thank you Maxon."

" I will be back in a little I want to say hello to some friends." Said Maxon.

As he walked off I started to move to a table. I felt like I was going to throw up.

I did not need that happening right now. As waiter was walking by i grabed a glass of water. Later i was on the move to find Maxon. He was talking to aspen about something that need to happen to make sure that the south rebles could not get in.

" Maxon my love could i talk to you?"

He looked at me and said

" Yes my love. Officer Leger I will be talking to you later."

Maxon and Aspen still were trying to get used to being friends. I knew they would get over it soon.

" What do you need to talk to me about my love?"

" Follow me."

He did as he was told and I brought to the spot where I first meet him.

" Maxon you might want to sit for this." I said.

He looked at me with a smile that I loved so much. He sat down and looked at me with a look that said what is going on.

" Ok now what is going on Mer?"

" Well I know that today is your brithday and that I love you so i got you something."

" Oh America you didn't have to do that. I will love you if we were homeless and had to sleep on the streets."

" Well this thing I have for you won't be here for at least nine months."

" Oh... OH!"

His head went to my eyes and then my stomach.

" Are we going to be parents?"

" Yes Maxon we are going to be parents!"

I he came in and kissed me and then gave me a hug. I could tell he was so happy right now and i did not want to do anything to make the bubble pop. But all that ended when...
