The point is that the place is kind of dark and mostly the colour of neon lights.

Squinting, your eyes search for the squads but seem as if lucks isnt in your hands right now.

Sighing again, you noticed another train - but awfully colourful decorated - pull in the next rail, you immediately assume is train gang's, you actually forgot that they will be still on their work.

The door open and a lot of unique type - instead of voids - walk out, and here you can see the squad, bidding farewells to every single person who get out of the train.

One thing caught your attention, you found a void between all those figures, and there's stood Dexter, helping the void out of the train.
