You woke up in an empty room, tied back into a chair. 

Your first thought is that you've been captured. 

You tried using your radiant power, but it didn't work. 

Maybe you should kill yourself before they ask you anything.

You seriously considered the choice for a second before a figure walked into the room, closing the door behind her - which doesn't seem to be locked. Your eyes shined a bit. 

Then she talked.

"It's (Y/N), right?"

You raised your head to look at the woman in response, realizing that she is the Valorant agent Sage.

Based on the current lore it seems that Valorant agents in the mirror world are seen as heroes with statues and stuff instead of being kept a secret, so I apply that to the story.

And yes Y/N is from mirror earth.

What does Valorant want to do with me? 

You suddenly remembered your last mission, killing that agent from Valorant, how you failed and got fatally shot in the stomach......

They captured you for revenge?

You trembled at the thought. 

But Sage doesn't seem to be mad, or anything like that,

"We would like to invite you to join the Valorant Protocol as our new recruit agent."

"What?"

You truly did not expect that, despite the mission last night, do they not know what you had done in the past?

Sage doesn't seem to be surprised by your reaction either,

"We do know about your...... profession, but we can overlook that, your value is far more important than these matters."

The matters of being a murderer? 

You are genuinely confused by what is going on right now.

Maybe you are dreaming before your death. Your stomach is not hurting anymore, you can see no visible wound on the spot, your drained-out radiant energy is back, it's just that you currently are not able to use them, and you can't feel any tiredness that were there from waiting for hours in a bush...... 

If this is your final dream, you would like to dream something more meaningful. 

"Will you accept the invitation?" 

"Sure." You used your normal voice, realizing that your mask is already taken off and cloths are changed. There is no need to hide your identity since they already knew anyway. 

This can not possibly go worse. You are captured by the Valorant Protocol while you almost killed one of their agents, but they somehow don't know about it, saved you, and offered to recruit you. It is just a matter of time that they will find out what you have done and, in the best case, immediately kill you. 

But now you need to say yes, you need this conversation to go smoothly as possible... 

You need to keep her distracted.

And wait for the chance.

"I thought you'd need more time to consider." Sage seems surprised this time.

"There is no need." you responded, eyes peeking back to the door shut behind her. 

"Alright then," She smiled in relief, "let's get to the next step--"

She turned around. 

Your chance had come. 

The second her back is turned to you, you burst from your chair.

"Nothing can trap sounds."

Ultimate ability: Silence now 

Turning into form of sound, can not be damaged or affected in such state (similar to Reyna's Dismiss). Can still be seen. Pressing down X will activate such form, exit the form when X is pressed again or when energy ran out. Killing an enemy will restore to full energy.

Ultimate ability activated. 

The immense amount of energy broke free from the barrier that stoped you from using your radiant abilities. Your body dissolved into a wave of sound, traveling through the chair in seconds. Before Sage can fully turn around, you already went pass her, reaching for the door. 

It is not locked.

Upon reaching the door, you can hear Sage's voice behind you,

"Oh yes, before anything, "

You grabbed the handle.

"There are several rules you'll have to learn."

You opened the door.  

"The first of all,"

You spent most of your energy breaking free from the barrier, so you can't hold the sound form any longer. You merged back to your original body, sprinting out of the door. 

Only to be grabbed by a pair of hand that had been waiting by the side for long. 

Knocking you over to the ground, the Japanese agent smiled, 

"Nice to meet you, again."

You struggled to get out of his grasp, but was unable to, just like last time during the failed mission. You tried using your abilities, but your energy is drained out once again. You can feel a pair of handcuffs that has locked around your wrist, and the barrier to block radian usage is set once again, stronger than before. 

You roared angrily in despair, as Sage's sound came closer as she walked out of the room, still sounding calm,

and even more chilling,

"The first of all, you can't run from us."
