The furniture area is filled with walls of tables, chairs, beds, along with lights and blankets, from light, cartoon style to dark gothic patterns (and you wonder who will actually use that). 

"It's like IKEA..." you mumbled. 

"True." Yoru briefly replied, noticing someone standing at the closer end of the row. His seemingly good mood quickly turned cold. 

"Guess the IKEA ambassador is also here." he tainted. 

"Call me that one more time and I WILL turn you into a piece of electrocuted corpse." Neon responded with an angry glare. 

"Woah, is that suppose to be a threat?"

Before Neon can say anything back, a slender figure stepped between them. 

"Cut it." Sage held out her arms to separate the two.

"He started it." Neon mumbled, receiving an angry glare from Yoru.

Sage ignored the tension between the two. Instead she glanced at you.

"How are you settling in?"

"Are you here for me?" 

You don't like her. Her politeness compared to how she acted just hours ago gives you chills. 

"No, actually," she doesn't seem to mind you avoiding the question, just smiled, "I'm here for Yoru."

"Me?" he seems surprised too.

"Yes. Neon can be your guide for the rest of the tour. Yoru, come to my office."

"Guess who's in trouble~" Neon teased, and before you can say anything else, Neon dragged you away.

"So, how do you feel about Valorant?" after walking pass a few shelves, Neon stopped. 

"It's... interesting." you took a look around, seems like she had brought you to the bed area.

"The bed is already provided, just find the blanket you like." Neon picked a blanket and thrown it to you, "you like this one?"

You are surprised to find that it is the kind that you like. 

"I know Y/A, supposed that ya'll probably like similar things." Neon just laughed, walking alone the shelves and handing over other daily necessaries. 

So mirrors are really alike. You wonder if she also kills as her profession... what?

"Sooooo what's your thoughts on Yoru?"

You can feel your heartbeat became a little faster upon hearing that. 

"He's okay." you don't even realize you are blushing when you said that.  

"He definitely think so too," Neon laughed, "I have not seen him being this nice to someone for so long."

"What?" 

How is speaking literally nothing and acts like a npc guide being nice?

"You should see when he's talking to other agents... the toxicity is a different level." Neon signed, which soon turned into an evil smile, "it's probably because his history---"

"History?" you remembered when Sage was teasing Yoru about Y/A.

"Rumor is that he likes Y/A, though he never admits it." Neon laughed, "guess he's changing the target?"

"Huh." you fell silence. It's a really weird feeling to find out that someone is using you as replacement as someone else, and the feeling is not a good one. 

Neon seemed to realize that she had brought up the wrong topic, so she stayed silent too, just leading your way through the shelves.

"You don't have your agent id card yet. Usually you have to scan it before exiting so they can keep track of the things down here. You can just use mine for now." 

Neon said as she picked up other items she needs for herself. You replied with a nod. 

"How long has Y/A been here?" you finally found another topic to switch into. 

"Not long. Like a month? Or just a few weeks."

"Then how do you know Yoru likes her?"

"Rumors. Someone saw Yoru teleporting to Y/A's room and talking to her or something, not so sure about the details."

"I see." 

When you finished picking most of your needs, Neon scanned her card to check out for both of you.

"Thank you." you said, looking at the packages getting delivered straight to your room. 

"It's nothing," she smiled, "now we are finished with this, let's go find Sage to see what to do next."

With Neon's lead, you two came to Sage's office. 

As you are about to knock on the door, it popped open, and Yoru stormed out. You meant to say something, but he walked straight pass both of you. 

He looks upset. 

You can't help but wonder what has happened in the office with Sage and him. 

It's then Sage also came out of the room, having an uneasy expression. 

"Oh, you two are already here!" she seems surprised, "I was just going to find you."

"Do you need me for anything?" 

"Well," she smiled, "most of the documentations completed, so now we need a test for your strength."

"How?" you are a little excited to hear this. Who doesn't want to show off their assassination skills? 

"We'll have a simulated match in the practice area." Sage explained.

"Who am I fighting then?" you hope it's not Yoru this time. Even though you have the urge to fight and beat him, you probably can't do that with what you have now. You need time to train and strategize. 

"I think we'll do a 3v3 for this." Sage thought for a bit and replied, 

"You, Yoru, Chamber. Against Neon, Kay/O..." 

You are holding back the urge to laugh, seeing Neon's face changing from getting excited because she will be able to fight you, to a little concerned about Yoru, to absolute hatred when hearing Chamber. 

"And me." Sage's voice pulled your attention back. 

She seems so calm. You have never ever seen her fought before, but you can feel the unease when looking into her dark eyes. They are like some deep, cold holes that you can fall into if you are not careful, never able to climb back up. 

"I'll see you in a few minutes then. Yoru will explain the rules to you." 

Neon and Sage left, and so you turned and walked toward the direction where Yoru walked off to meet up with him.
