Everything is eventually doing just fine for days, but as years passed by, those peaceful days before aren't what it really seems. It is a peaceful community when you describe it, 'cause the problems never left the cage.
The occurance of invisible problems are unkowingly inside the place anyone less thought of.

Wonyoung Jang
I can't believe I'm turning nine in a few months... you know what else can't I believe? Is the life I'm living.
Hindi naman sa gustong-gusto ko na nasa akin ang atensyon ng halos lahat, but to have this kind of popularity as a kid? It's unusual. I get it. I was born rich by popular parents who were once rulers of a city, which is why my life looks this bright.
"Wonyoung, tara na. You'll be late for your school." Dad said in a loud voice, calling me.
"Coming!" I said and rushed to go downstairs.
It's my first day in fifth grade, and I transferred here in Pasig since we decided to move here for good.
"Dad, what do you think my classmates will be?" I asked while he's driving.
"Maybe nice and smart?" He answered.
"What if they're smarter than me?" I heard that provincial schools have a less advanced curriculum than city schools.
"It doesn't matter, as long as you do your best. Honor student ka, 'di ba? Kaya mo 'yan!" He cheered.
As he dropped me off, he gave me a tight hug and left for work. And when I came inside the school, almost everyone's eyes are on me. I guess my impact also gotten in here?
I went inside my assigned classroom and sit on the middle left front, and as I am waiting, a random girl suddenly approached me.
"Hi! Are you Wonyoung Jang? Like, THE Wonyoung Jang?" She asked me excitingly, I nodded.
"OMG, we're classmates! I'm Yujin An! I studied here since first grade, and I can show you around if you want." She loudly introduced herself and offered at the same time.
"Sure, thank you." I softly replied with a smile, and she squealed.
"Awesome! Let's go after class hours, okay?" She said and I nodded.
Time passed for a while, and more students are coming. They greeted Yujin first and I guess didn't noticed me, since I don't pay much attention to them and just keep on doodling on the back of my notebook.
As the classroom gets filled by students, it became a lot noisier inside. The background started to be filled with shouting and playful people. They all treat each other as if they were all friends. Not later, the class already started with the lead of our teacher.
I stayed as active as I can, keeping up with my classmates in recitation, but I never thought that their curriculum is way more advanced from provincial schools. Like, literally.
We finished nine hours of class, and we'll do everyday, Monday to Friday. Being a newbie in this school, it's exhausting me already. I'll get used to this activity someday. While fixing my things, Yujin came.
"Ready?" She asked.
"Yeah, let's go." I said and smiled, we walked.
"I heard you're a transferee, is that right?"
"Hmm, yeah."
"Since when did you came here in Pasig?"
"Just last week." I answered.
"Oh, welcome!" She excitingly said. "By the way, did you know that pretty girls like you are rare to transfer in this place?" She said and laughed.
"But there are also pretty girls here." I said.
"But provincial girls like you? Nah. You even look and sound like a foreigner!" She countered, and a girl running suddenly bumped on my side.
"Hala, si Wonyoung Jang. Sorry po!" The girl said and bowed.
"Ayos lang, 'wag ka nang mag-bow." I worringly said and stopped her, so she smiled and ran again.
"Marunong ka mag-Tagalog?!" Yujin suddenly asked, looking shocked.
"Of course, I do." I answered with a questionable face.
"Pinahirapan mo akong mag-English tapos nakakaintindi at nag-sasalita ka pala ng Tagalog." She dramatically complained.
"Hindi ko na kasalanan 'yan." I teased her.
"Ang ganda ng boses mo mag-Tagalog. Hays."
"Thanks, ako lang 'to." I said and we laughed.
She continued to show me around and we became unexpectedly close in a short span of time. The sun is almost setting, so we decided to go home already. Just on time, dad came on the school gate to fetch me.
"I'll see you tomorrow, Yujin!" I said.
"Ingat!" She waved goodbye and walked away as I entered the car.
