It was Saturday, Viviene and Jessie were currently on the couch talking to each other at Xavier's party enjoying each other's company, Viviene could barely pay attention to what the other girl was saying because she was so captivated by her cherry red lips and her bright ocean eyes. She couldn't stop thinking about how beautiful the brunette looked, how the dress that she wore matched perfectly with her body, the black and white fabric clung to every curve of Jessie's figure and hugged her soft looking tummy, Viviene had to look away because she was blushing so hard, her heart racing from just looking at her and imagining Jessie's soft lips against hers, a shiver went down her spine as she thought about it. Viviene quickly tried her best to distract herself when she heard someone clearing their throat, she looked and saw Jessie smiling at her, her beautiful blue eyes sparkling under the lights of the room, her smile even brighter than usual.
"So, you're friends with Robin? The school's toughest kid besides Vance?" Jessie said surprised
"Yeah, he's actually really chill if you get to know him. We got high at a carnival once" Viviene says smiling brightly
"You didn't!" Jessie exclaimed, "that sounds so cool!" Jessie exclaimed "Yeah it was super intense and crazy but fun" Viviene explains
"That's definitely something I'd like to do" Jessie replied
"I'd like to try that with you some time" Viviene said to her shyly, she felt butterflies in her stomach after she finished speaking
"Wanna go drink some of the beer Bruce brought to the party?" Jessie said
"I don't know... I haven't really drunk before..." Vivi hesitated
"Let's go! drinking is fun" Jessie convinced her
"Alright fine" Viviene said before she got up and walked over to the cooler where there was beer and soda
Jessie grabbed two bud lights and handed one to Vivi, the two girls head back to the couch and started drinking
Viviene took a sip and her face immediately scrunched up
"The taste is sour, isn't it?" Jessie chuckled
"Yeah, it's a little bitter but i can handle it!" Viviene said before taking another swig, this time without scrunching her face, she let out an involuntary moan and almost choked as the strong liquid hit her throat
"You, ok?" Jessie asked worriedly
"Nothing" Viviene says "just not used to drinking alcohol"
"Yeah, beer can be a bit strong, but you'll get used to it" Jessie reassured Vivi
After finishing their first beer they went into another room to play some games, the two girls were laughing and having so much fun as they played against each other, both losing badly and giggling, Viviene was feeling more relaxed than she has been since she left the house but also drunker which made her feel better
"Hey Vivi!" Robin says to Viviene as he walks up to her
"What's up Robin!" Vivi said back
"Hey, I'm Jessie nice to meet you" Jessie introduced herself to the guy
"I know you, Viviene talks about you all the time" Robin told her
"You talk to your friend about me?" Jessie said in a teasing tone
"Shut up~" Viviene said shyly as she hid her face because she was blushing, she felt a hand cup her face and make her look straight at her, Jessie gave her a gentle smile and leaned in close to her ear
"Don't be embarrassed, I think it's adorable" Jessie whispered in her ear before letting go of her face
"You're so flirty Jesse!" Vivi said to the other girl
"I'm going to leave you two lovebirds alone, ok?" Robin says as he walks away
"We're not dating!" Vivi said
"Not yet!" Robin replied smirking
The two girls laughed then played some more games together for a couple minutes while drinking some soda, the two girls turned back to face each other and smiled
"What now?" Vivi asks curiously
"Do you wanna get out of here?" Jessie says to her as the smile on her face grows wider
"Sure, you wanna get some milkshakes?" Vivi says excitedly
"Milkshakes sound good" Jessie replies smiling
They made their way out of Xavier's house and into the chilly evening, they walked around aimlessly until they found a diner that had some open seats near the front. They sat down and ordered two vanilla milkshakes and fries
"So how have things been at home?" Vivi inquired with curiosity
"Pretty normal, my brother still hasn't come back from the army yet..."
Jessie replied shrugging "Well I hope he comes home soon..." Vivi says to her
"What about you? How has your home life been?" Jessie asks curiously
"Well... Before I say anything don't tell anyone what I told you OK?" Vivi said
"I promise I won't tell a soul" Jessie promised
"Two days ago, my mother came home drunk, I tried to get her to stop drinking but then she threw the bottle and grabbed me, she called me an ungrateful slut then threw m-me on the ground..." Tears started to well up in Viviene's eyes as she recounted the memory
"Oh, Vivi I'm so sorry" Jessie said softly as she squeezed Vivi's hand gently
"Thank you for listening to me... It was so traumatizing" Vivi says softly as she started to cry
"Can I stay at your house? I'll be able to since my mom is barely home" Vivi asked
"Sure, my parents won't mind" Jessie said as she wiped away Viviene's tears
"Thanks so much" Vivi said
"No problem, you're welcome" Jessie said sweetly
They leave the diner, get some of Vivi's belongings out of her house then head to Jessie's home, when they get to Jessie's house, they change in the bathroom then goes into Jessie's room to lay in the bed with each other drowning in the smell of each other's perfume
"You smell nice~" Viviene said
"So do you" Jessie says as she snuggles up against the other girl
The night ended with smiles and cuddles until the two girls felt tired then they both rested their eyes to catch some sleep
(I know everyone here really loves rinney but I had to throw some Vessie into the mix)
