I woke up at six in the morning to Lana sneaking back in our room. I rolled over and squinted my eyes at her. She turned around and jumped, realizing I was awake. "Lana, what...", I trailed off. "I...I..", she stuttered.

"Lana, did you..did you sneak out?", I asked, already knowing the answer. She had smudged makeup and high heels. It was obvious. "I'm sorry..", she said. It had just occurred to me that she still had a drinking problem.

"D-do you think you still h-have a drinking problem?", I asked. She stood there looking at the floor, tears swelling her eyes. She didn't reply. "Oh,Lana!", I said, getting up to hug her. She pushed me back.

I flinched. " Wha-what is it?", I asked. "D-do you like me?", she asked. I stepped back. I knew what she meant. And until then, I hadn't really thought about it. She shook her head and ran out of the room.

Where the hell was she going at six in the morning?

"Lana! ", I yelled. "Don't follow!", she yelled back, obviously not caring if she got caught leaving. I was oblivious to the tears streaming down my face.

    Great.
