Moving into the bar Freya found a table furthest away from the bar, by an open fire. Taking a seat on the sofa, she was surprised and happy to find he didn't sit opposite, but chose to join her on the same sofa. Adjusting herself she sat more to the side to be able to see him, her leg brushed against his and her breath caught once more. Really this was silly, it was only a slight touch, the wine was getting to her too much, she needed to slow down.

"I'm just going to use the bathroom" she said standing, "I'll order at the bar. Same again?" she asked as she moved passed him once again.

"Yes please" he replied, smiling as he watched her walk away. He couldn't help but watch her, as she weaved her way through the tables. She wasn't his usual type but there was something about her, he just couldn't resist. It wasn't like he had a problem with getting the attention he needed to release his urges, but she was different. It had been a long time since he actually felt something, she was so easy to talk to, was genuinely interested in what he had to say. He just needed to be careful and not drop is guard too much, although he wanted nothing more than to grab her and take her to his room right there and then.

Placing her order at the bar she gave her room number and made her way to the bathrooms. As she washed her hands she looked at herself in the mirror, noticing how flushed her cheeks were and how much her eyes sparkled from the wine. She was pretty sure it was down to Joe himself too, she had never reacted to a man this way before, there was normally an initial attraction that grew more overtime, but just a small touch from him set her skin on fire. Splashing water on her face to calm herself down, she patted her face dry, took a deep breath and made her way back to the table.

Reaching their table, he stood to allow her to pass again, offering his hand to steady her as she took her seat. Again, the electricity flowed through his hand and he could feel the reaction all the way to his toes. This girl was going to be his undoing. Taking a seat next to her he passed her glass and reached for his own. Noticing the way her throat moved as she drank her wine, he wanted to reach over and trace the decent of the wine with his mouth. To hear her moan as he did it would be heaven right now. Adjusting his seating to accommodate the growth in his trousers he dragged his eyes away and released the breath he had been holding.

Freya could feel his eyes on her as she drank her wine, her skin heating as he watched her swallow the first mouthful. Turning to look at him she watched him turn away and take a deep breath, lifting his own glass and taking a drink.

They talked of childhoods and plans for the future in both their careers, as another bottle of wine replaced the empty one on the table. Realising more alcohol would be a bad idea for them both they both declined the last bottle, happy to finish the glasses they already had.

Checking the time Freya knew she needed to head to bed, to ensure she wasn't too hungover in the morning and actually make her first meeting of the next two days. She also knew that if she didn't leave now, she would most likely end up throwing herself at Joe, and being totally horrified if he turned her down.

"I really should head off now" She said reaching for her things and looking at Joe as she prepared to stand. She wasn't sure her legs would actually carry her to her room if she took even one more sip from her glass. "Thank you so much for a great evening, it really was nice to meet you."

"Let me walk you back to your room. I won't be happy unless I know you got there okay" he laughed. "We've had quite a bit." He said. At least he can have her company for just a little while longer. Just drop her at her door and walk away. He knew that even one kiss would be his undoing, that he would want more from her, than she was willing to give and he didn't want to put her in that situation.

"Thanks" she said as she started to follow him out from the sofa. "At least this way if I fall, there's someone to catch me." She giggled as she made her way across the room behind him.
