The classroom is my safe haven of the school; the hallways are torture. I walk briskly through the hall, muttering, "excuse me" and "sorry," while trying to ignore the comments.

"Here comes Morgan. Watch out, don't want to catch the ugly."

"Who does she think she is?"

"Why does she even exist? She's useless."

I go to my locker, holding my head down, grab my books and run to my classroom. The rest of the day dragged on, but I got through it somehow. The bell rings and I head straight for the girls' bathroom. I hide out in there for at least 20 minutes every afternoon. It's gross, I know, but it's the only way to avoid my fellow classmates. I pass the time with my books. My mom always questions why I have to go to the library at least twice a week.
