I open my eyes and the first thing I smell is cinnamon and I knew who is near me. Then I smell the meat and that perks me up. My stomach turning from the feeling of throwing up to hunger.

"Are you hungry, Luna?" I heard the sound of Ron's voice in my head. I look at the cage next to me where he should be and see nothing. I look in front of me and see medium red wolf, or what would be considered medium to wolves. Our werewolves were large, like a Muggle truck, and easily weighed it.

"Starved," I responded and my stomach growled and Ron chuckled. He pawed at the lock and soon it came undone. I got up off the ground and walked out of the cage. Ron walked next to me but enough behind me to know that I was his Luna, "Did everyone make it?"

Ron nodded his large head. His blue eyes looked into mine for a second before he turned away, "Except for Parkinson. She won't come out of her cage."

I stopped and looked at him, "Why?"

Ron shrugged his huge shoulders, his musky red fur rippling with his muscles, "No idea."

"Did Alpha try anything?" when in wolf formed, I referred to Draco by his wolf standard just like I did with the other wolves.

"Yes but Parkinson won't listen to him," and Ron started to walk off, "Now, if you excuse me, Luna, I must go and get myself ready for the fight," he looked behind him and straight at me causing my wolf to bristle, "I hope to see you cheering for me, soon-to-be mate," and he walked off.

I shivered and started to talk to myself, "Yea right! Like, I would let one of your greasy paws touch me! Just because I had a crush on you in school does not mean I will become your mate!"

"You know it is sign you are crazy if you start to talk to yourself," I heard a male voice and my nose was filled with smell of mint and pine and home. My wolf pricked up as I felt his presence beside me.

I chuckled at the black wolf next to me, "I know, just trying to relive the tension," and I sighed.

"Is it about a certain Omega who has his perverted eyes on you?" Draco asked me.

            I sighed again, "Yes."

Draco gently nudged my side and I growled lightly, my inner wolf coming out for a moment before she realized who it was, "How about we go for a quick run? I don't have to be at the ring for another thirty minutes. Both Omega and Beta are fighting each other to see who wins before I step in."

I smiled, if you could call it a smile, "I think that would be best."

Draco took off running and I watched at the black mass disappeared behind a bush but his presence was still in my mind, "Race you to the lake, Loser!"

Only he could call me that and I chuckled before racing off in his direction.

A pair of blue eyes watched as the two bodies of his Luna and ex-Alpha disappeared in to the woods. He hated how Draco always got everything but Ron knew for sure that he would not be getting Hermione Granger even if Heat was in the road. He growled possessively at the thought of her as his.
