9: Eat My Turtle Tush

"Hajime!"

The second Splinter yelled that, Raph charged at you. His body was ducked low, as if meaning to tackle you. Acting as quickly as you could, you jumped in the air, tucking your legs in and using your hands on Raph's shell as he ran underneath you. You pushed him as he ran, making him stumble and giving you time to go into a stance.

"Didn't see that coming?' You teased him and he just growled in response.

He ran at you, this time with a lot more speed. You went to kick him again, but he caught your leg just before it hit his head. He was going to flip you over, but you jumped up with your other leg and wrapped it around his neck, then twisted your body to top-sized him. He fell on the ground with a hard thud and you freed your legs before darting away, but not too far since you were still in a fight.

Raph just yelled before jumping up from the ground. Mikey muttered something about 'waking up' and 'the beast' but you didn't get too far into before Raph collided with you. He was lightening fast and you only just tried to jump back the second he hit you.

You fell back on the floor in one or two rolls. Raph was grabbing a grip on your arm and starting to twist. Your skin burned, but you violently jerked your body in the opposite direction, so his grip lessened. Once free from his grasp, you kneed him in the chin and crawled out from under him.
You grabbed his arm and placed it between your legs, you wrapped your legs tightly around his shoulder and arched your back, threatening to break his arm or to dislocate it badly. He let out a grunt and used his other arm to hammer your legs, without a doubt creating some bruises. In the spur of the moment, your legs flinched away from the pain of his stupid fist.
Raph used his shell to spin around and then extended his arm and legs.

His upper body lifted him up as he used his leg to hit you in the face, while you were still on the ground. Your face, shoulders and torso unwillingly moved in the direction he hit. You used the momentum to leave the area so he couldn't sucker punch you.
You rose from the ground and ran at Raph, before jumping in the air with a spin, you extended your right leg out and it hit him in the back of the head.

You landed oddly on the ground, but before either of you could do another thing-
"Yameru!"

You let out a breath of air, slowly breathing in and out to calm your adrenaline in your heart. You looked to Splinter, only your eyes moved, your body still facing Raphael.

"You fight well." He said, stroking his beard. "I have taught my sons many skills and yet you have the strength to overpower one of them."

Your mouth twitched up into a smile. You didn't get praised much, but you really enjoyed it when someone did...Wait, did he say he taught t-

"Raphael." He turned to his son. "Your instincts and recklessness prove useful in battle, but stopping and waiting is a key role in becoming a ninja. I am proud of you." He placed a hand on his son's shoulder before turning back to everyone else. "I will be meditating."

He then walked towards the other end of the Dojo and open the Shoji doors, inside was a dark room which he entered and then closed the door. The turtles started to file out the room, and you followed.

"Yo, dudette, that was so epic!" Mikey shook you by the shoulders. "You're a total beast!"

"ur- Thanks?" You gave out a light chuckle.

"No problem, I'm here all week." Mikey smiled brightly at you and held his giant hand while holding his thumb up.

"You must have trained really hard, where did you train?" Donnie asked, redirecting the attention to him.

"I train everywhere. Literally. The ur-, the Kraang took me to so many martial arts classes, it was really jam-packed for the first few weeks and I got so tired a lot. Sometimes I think that I spent more time in the Dojo's than at my own apartment." You admitted.

"Well, you must learn well. If Splinter taught you I bet you could easily start to be a kunoichi." Donnie smiled at you as he walked to his lab.

You thought about the compliment for a few moment, before you turned to Leo.
"Wait- Hold up, was Splinter the one who taught you all that?"

"Yeah, who else did you think taught us?" Leo crossed his arms as he smiled slightly. "He's even better than us, try not to get on his bad side... Oh- Not that I think you will!"

"Thanks for the vote of confidence." You sarcastically said before turning on your heel and heading back to the room you were given.

A kunoichi...that sounds interesting. You smiled slightly as you thought about it. Maybe staying down here for a while, won't be such a bad thing.
