"Uhm, let's eat?"awkward na tanong ni Janine nang pumasok siya sa kwarto ko.

She looked at me and smiled worriedly. I just sighed and looked away. Napatingin naman ako kay Hillanine nang tawagin niya ang pangalan ko.

"Yes, baby?"I asked softly.

"Let's eat mommy? I'm kinda starving."aniya at ngumuso.

I chuckled and nodded. Tumayo ako at naglakad palapit sakanila. Nag-iwas ako ng tingin mula kay Drake nang tumuwid siya sa pagkakatayo at pinagmasdan ang bawat hakbang ko palapit sakanila. His stares making my knees weak.

"Let's go, babies. So you two can take a bath and sleep,"I said as I stopped in front of them.

Ngumiti naman ang kambal sa akin. My heart melted while looking at their smiles. Masaya na sila ngayon kumpara kanina.

"Mommy, buhat."malambing na sabi ni Yuan.

Nakangiti akong tumango at binuhat siya, muntik pa kami matumba dahil sa bigat niya mabuti na lang ay hinawakan agad ni Drake ang likuran ko.

"Careful,"he said and looked at Hillanine.

Nag pa-cute ang Hillanine ko sa daddy niya at itinaas ang dalawang braso para magpa-buhat sa lalake.

"Daddy, buhat din po ako."sabi ni Hillanine, na agad naman sinunod ni Drake.

"Sure, my love."sagot ni Drake at nilingon ako.

I gasped and looked away. Lumabas na ako ng silid habang buhat si Yuan. I chuckled when I felt his lips on my cheek. He is kissing my cheek multiple times.

"Mommy, I love you po. Thank you for letting us to be with handsome man tonight."he said softly and wrapped his arms around my neck.

My heart melted at what he said. I smiled at him. "I will do everything to make you and your twin happy, Yuan ko. Masaya ka ba?"

He nodded. "I am, mommy. I'm sure, Hillanine is happy too. Masaya po ang kambal, mommy. Kasi may daddy na po kami."masaya niyang sabi at pumalakpak pa.

"Why are you happy, Yuan ko? Bakit gustong-gusto niyo ba talaga magkaroon ng daddy?"malambing na tanong ko, naramdaman ko ang pagbabadya ng mga luha. "Is mommy not enough?"

Yuan Drew shook his head and caressed my cheek using his both hands. "Mommy is enough for Yuan and Hillanine. We are happy po kasi we love handsome man, he makes us happy, mommy. And he loves us so much. He said that earlier when he went to us and pulled us into a hug. And we looked like him, mommy."

My heart heaved at what he said. God, 5 years old pa ba talaga ang batang na ito?

"Do you love handsome man, too, mommy?"nakangiti niyang tanong sa akin.

My tears starting falling from my eyes at his question. Simpleng tanong lang, Dayne. Pero bakit ka naiiyak?

"Mommy, do you love him po ba? Kasi kami ni Hillanine we love him so much,"

I looked at my son and smiled painfully. He is Drake's little version. Kahit ngiti ay kuhang-kuha mula sa daddy niya. I gulped as I remembered his question. Do I love him?

Do I love Drake?

My heart starting to ache when I remembered what happened in the past. Hindi naman siguro ako nasaktan ng gano'n kung hindi ko siya minahal diba? Hindi naman siguro ako magtitiis kung hindi ko siya mahal diba? I loved him so much. I did everything to love him. I did everything to make him feel my love towards him. I loved him to the point the I lost my old life. I loved him to the point that I accepted our marriage with the knowledge that he doesn't love me.... But I'm happy—I was happy to be his wife. I was happy to be Mrs, Mendez kahit ilang taon lang. I was happy to be with him. I was happy to stayed in one roof with him.
