Eddie kept walking around unsure where to go he was still a wanted criminal after all. He walked out the woods when he heard a voice, a familiar one. Eddie hides behind one of the trees to observe. Dustin was walking along the road talking to himself.

“First eddies gone, then Max is in a coma now Hawkins is in ruins." Dustin sighs deeply "Keep it together” He sobs and wipes away his tears “man I miss you Eddie” Dustin looks down staring at his feet while walking off. Eddie follows Dustin while hiding behind the trees. He followed Dustin all the way to his home. He watches as Dustin shuts the door. Eddie looks around then sneaks over to look through Dustin’s bedroom window. “I’m not hungry mom” Dustin yells out then slams his bedroom door. He then throws himself onto his bed and buries his head into his pillow. While Eddie tries to get higher to see Dustin better, he accidently knocks over the trash bin out front. Dustin jumps “who’s there?” He gets up and rushes to the front. Dustin looks around and notices his bin has fallen over. “Animals? Raccoon maybe?” He picks it up then looks around his house. “Hello?” all he heard was dead silent then he looked down the street and saw a dark figure running off. Dustin being curious chases after him. “Hey!” He yells. Dustin blinks then all sudden the figure was gone, he lost him “Lost him” Dustin sighs and walks back home.

Eddie ran so fast it was like lightning speed. He wasn’t the best of runners, but he never ran so fast in his life. “I think I lost him; I can’t risk hurting him” He walks back into the woods where his usual picnic table that he does drug deals at. “Perfect” he sits on the table and sighs remembering Chrissy and the conversation they had at this place. “Miss you Chrissy kind of wish I joined you in whatever afterlife there is” Eddie chuckles.
As Eddie lays on the table the sun starts rising. He doesn’t think much of it until he starts smoking. Eddie lets out a scream and hides under the table “Shit” he blows onto his skin and shakes the fire off. “Drinking blood, burning in the sun it’s almost like I’m a vampire or something” he laughs to himself then thinks to himself that maybe he is. “Wait Vampire, Vecna damn this is like a real-life D and D games, Kas the bloody-handed damn I’m fucking Kas”
Couple hours go by, and Eddie starts feeling very hungry “great I’m hungry and it’s still daylight if only I had my watch to know how long till night” He licks his lips. All he could think about was blood, that girl he drunk, how addicting it felt. He heard voices in the distance. Sounded like some giggling too. He knew he had to get out of here or they would be hurt. “Wait Vampires are strong right” He pushes the bottom of the picnic table lifting it into the air above his head. He kept it over his head and ran. Eddie got back to his place and threw himself through the door hoping he wouldn’t burn. He pushes the door shut and sighed. “Close one” He looked up and saw the upside down then he heard this whisper.

“Eddie… Eddie… come to me, come to me” it was like a trance he knew Vecna was calling him, but he couldn’t stop. He stood up and jumped and grabbed the edge of the gate, pulling himself through then falling into the upside down. He didn’t know he could jump so high guess it makes it easier to come and go. He stood up leaving his house and following the voice. Its always dark here, didn’t have to worry about burning. He ended up out front of the Creel home. He walks through the front door and into the attic where an injured Vecna sat. “Eddie, I told you, you won’t survive without me, let me in, let me help”

“My friends.” Eddie stuttered

“They would never understand they would just see you as a monster from the upside down” Eddie knew he was right; he was just a monster, it took him no time to kill someone. Vecna slowly reaches out to Eddie, Eddie falls to his knees feeling weak, useless. Vecna puts his hand over his face like he does with all his victims. Eddies eyes rolled in the back of his head. He lets out a scream in pain. Vecna takes who Eddie is from him, his memories, his feelings, his soul.
After some time, Eddies eyes rolled back to normal but his eyes glowed red this time. His fangs extended he felt amazing he did not care anymore. “Eddie my right-hand man I need you to torment Hawkins, we will rule them all, the world we will become one instead of two worlds now go!” Eddie stood up and walked out the house bats following him and everything. He looked at them realising he could control them, command them. He stood by the entrance.

“Go through and torment Hawkins” the bats all flew through the gate as Eddie stayed and watch them go through.

Eddie, the real Eddie was still inside but he could not fight. He was stuck in a dark room, water on the floor, nothing around him. He screams out “help!” but all he could hear was the echo of his own voice. He was alone and it scared him.
