The party was hanging in Mikes basement when they heard screams. They rushed up and out the house. Bats flying everywhere. “No how did they get here?” Nancy gulps
“Maybe because of the cracks around Hawkins?” Steve responds. A bat flies at them and Nancy grabs it by the tale slamming it to the floor and Robin stomps on its head. Steve grabs his bat then swings it to strike another.
“This isn’t good, Nancy go inside and get our weapons Steve and I will help some people get inside” Robin grabs Steve’s hand and runs off to help others.
“Come on” Nancy instructs the kids to get inside. The rest get inside and shut the door. “This isn’t good. She grabs a shot gun and looks through the window.
“What can we do?” Dustin asks
“Nothing you will all be safe here Eleven come with me” Eleven nods and walks outside throwing bats with her mind left and right. “Stay!” Nancy says one last time before closing the door behind her.
“Not fair we aren’t useless” Mike exclaims
“We have to do something though” Will responds. Mike gets an idea and runs off to the basement then comes back with a couple bats.
“We can use these” Mike hands them out “damn one short sorry Will”
“Why is it always me?” Will says under his breath. All but Will run out to help out. Will shuts the door behind them then sighs. Suddenly he felt chills on the back of his neck. A monster was near he could feel it. Will looks around. “Vecna?” he keeps looking but sees nothing then he hears a smash in the kitchen. He runs into the kitchen and sees a mug smashed on the floor. He felt chills go down his spine he turns and sees this tall man hair long and curly but matted too then he saw the torn shirt on the man’s body. “Hellfire? Eddie? I thought you were dead that’s what Dustin said”
“And who are you?” Eddie smirks
“W…Will” he knew something was wrong he felt the hair on his neck stand then he realised “you’re the monster I can feel, aren’t you?” He could feel Vecna all over Eddie “What did he do to you?” As Eddie walks closer Will moves back.
“Made me better, stronger, Eddie was weak I’m much better” His eyes glowed red and his fangs extended “give your friends a message, Henry will end you and his army is almost finished and tell Eleven that Henry will make sure she watches you all suffer” Eddie grabs Will by the throat then bites down drinking him.
“Please stop” Will whimpered. He scratched at Eddies hand that was on his throat but he failed to get free, he felt weak then passed out. Eddie drops Will and he flops to the ground. Eddie hears the door open and runs out through the back door.
Jonathan runs through the door and shuts it. “That was close. Will? I heard you were here I heard about the bats and had to make sure you were ok” he walks into the kitchen and sees Will on the floor “WILL!” he runs over and holds his body “damn it damn it wake up” he sobs.
Robin notices the bats are flying off. “Where are they going?”
“Quick follow them they might lead us to Vecna!” Nancy yells to Steve and Robin all three follow. The kids notice them leaving and go inside Mikes house.
“Will you good in here?” Mike looks around “guys where is he?” then they hear Johnathan screaming in the kitchen. They rush in.
“Get help” Johnathan yells to the boys. Dustin runs and calls an ambulance. Mike notices the bit marks on his neck
“His got bit marks on his neck did a bat get in?” Mike questioned
“He would have more bites, he would have them all over not just one on the neck plus there isn’t a dead bat anywhere” Johnathan explains while holding Will close.
Will wakes up in a hospital bed “where am I?” Joyce smiles
“the hospital, I’m sorry I wasn’t there”
“Its fine mom” Will clears his throat “where is El” Joyce sends in Eleven “alone please mum” Joyce smiles and nods then leaves. Eleven walks up to his bed.
“How are you feeling?” Eleven sits down next to the bed
“I’m ok but I need to tell you something. Eddie visit me in the house.”
“Eddie? Dustin and Mikes friend? How Dustin said he died” then she realises “died in the upside down oh”
“What is it El?” Will questions
“Who knows what 001 did to Eddie, I guess he could use him as a puppet…” then Will realises.
“His eyes glowed red, he had fangs and I’m guessing the bats were him, get Mike and Dustin” Eleven grabs them then the 3 come back in.
“Glad to see you are ok” Mike smiles
“Eddies alive.” Will looks at them both looking at their expression.
“Eddie died I saw him” Dustin starts tearing up.
“Guys he had red glowing eyes and fangs I think he might be Kas the bloody-handed”
“Eddie wouldn’t work for Vecna that’s not him” Dustin storms out the room.
“Whose Kas?” Eleven questions. Will and Mike explain
“His Vecna’s right hand man, but he ends up betraying Vecna and killing him, he might be our only chance at killing Vecna”
“But he hurt you” Mike says as he observes the bite on his neck.
“I might have an idea, but I need something of his maybe if I can get into his head, I can maybe reach Eddie.” Eleven explains
Lucas then walks in. “hey I heard you were here are you ok Will?” Will nods
“Eleven and I will go back to my place and see if we can get in his head, you catch Lucas up” As Mike and Eleven leave they see Dustin sitting outside “Hey we will get him back” he pats Dustin on the back then grabs Elevens hand and runs off back to Mikes house.
