A smug, self-satisfied smirk was gracing the thin lips of Draco Malfoy and for a minute Harry had to fight the urge to smack it off his face. However, Aunt Lucretia has specifically asked him and Mione to not make a scene and so Harry simply gritted his teeth and raised an imperious eyebrow at Malfoy.

"Ugh, Malfoy." Hermione grumbled from behind him, and Harry didn't even bother to hide his snicker. Draco's eyes widened when he spotted Hermione and then they narrowed when he registered what she had said. His silver necklace glinted from its place around his throat, catching Harry's eye for a brief moment before his attention snapped back to the interaction between his sister and his cousin.

"Ugh, Granger." Draco snarked back like a petty child before turning back to Harry. "You're it, Potter. Now tell me why I was told that I was supposed to say that if I caught you." Harry couldn't help it, he burst into peals of laughter at that. Of course Tom had chosen to be as dramatic as possible and have his Death Eaters say 'you're it' to Harry if they caught him. Harry was willing to bet anything that Tom thought he was absolutely hilarious and so clever for coming up with such an idea for them to say that.

"Frankly Malfoy, it's none of your business." He told Malfoy in between his laughs. Draco only shook his head and pointed an accusing finger at Harry.

"Fuck that, you got me stuck between the weird and fucked up dynamic between the two of you. I deserve something."

"Would you like a pat on the head and some ice cream?" Harry offered with a smirk and Hermione buried her face in his back in an attempt to stifle her giggles. Draco's expression was particularly sour now, as if he were sucking on a lemon and Harry's smirk only widened.

"Fine, don't tell me." Malfoy grumbled and Hermione only giggled harder at the sullen tone.

"Oh, don't be such a baby Malfoy." Harry snickered and said Malfoy only rolled his eyes. Hermione was finally able to stop her laughter and she edged her way around Harry's protective stance until she was standing by his side, looking at Malfoy.

"Harry decided to play a game of tag with the Dark Lord." She informed his blonde cousin. Harry's mouth dropped open and he spun on her, giving her a look of shock and betrayal. Draco's eyes widened and a completely dumfounded look came over his face.

"What do you mean he's playing tag with the Dark Lord?" But neither of them answered him because Harry was in the midst of whining to his sister.

"Why'd you tell him that Mione?" She snickered at his facial expression and shrugged her shoulders in obviously fake sympathy.

"I couldn't help it. It's too funny not to share." Harry proceeded to flip her off which Hermione happily returned. Draco watched their interactions with an odd look on his face.

"I'm never telling you my secrets ever again." Harry primly declared and Hermione gave an unbelieving snort.

"Yeah right." She was right, he still would be he wasn't going to admit that.

"Excuse me," Draco butted it. "Tag with the Dark Lord?" Harry turned back to look at him before giving a pleased nod.

"Yeah, it was one of my greatest ideas." Hermione gave a choking sound from next to him so he took a page out of his Aunt's book and reached over to give her a sharp pinch. She yelped and smacked him. "Anyways," Harry drawled, drawing out the s. "I guess I'll surrender instead of escaping." Harry reached out and grabbed Draco's hand and pressed a slip of parchment into the Malfoy heir's palm. "Take this and give it to your boss."

Malfoy opened his palm and stared incredulously down at the piece of parchment that Harry had given him. He then looked back up at Harry and Harry could have sworn that Malfoy looked like he was debating strangling him. Harry had spent so long with Dudley as a cousin that he thought family was something horrible and miserable but after his interactions with Draco, Harry was swiftly beginning to think that having a cousin could be the most fun and entertaining thing ever. Especially since his newfound cousin was so easy to wind up.
