"Does it hurt?"Sha Mei asked, as she sat on her throne cross legged fanning her self. A small smirk, barely noticeable, was present on the God's face.
Making sure to hide her face as she talked, the small smirk widened into an evil grin.
Even though the woman before her is pretty on the outside, but a monster on the outside, the only thing Wei Lian could see, is a beautiful Goddess.
A Goddess whose very presence brings fear into the hearts of both Mortal and Immortal beings. The only person who could have tamed the wild phoenix, and it serve her. The only woman to ever be King of Heaven. The only person, Wei Lian would ever call "Shizun."
—— Wei Lian felt nothing but pain and unease. The hot tea that her Shizun had poured on her got all over face and body, the whip lashes that her Shizun ordered just for her left bruises. The sun in which her Shizun told her to kneel until it became night. Her uniform, which was once clean and neat, became bloodied and dirty.
—— "Shizun I've made it back on time!," Wei Lian cheered loudly. "I got the rose petals you asked for." "Hmm." Sha Mei picked up a rose petal from the box. "Go back. It's too soft." "Too...soft?"
"Are you deaf? Shizun just gave you an order! Do as she says, are you'll get a special beating tonight." Zhi Xiang shouted.

As the rain began bucketing down, Wei Lian was told by her peers to stay outside and wait till there was room in the dining hall.
"There's never room." She was soaked from head to toe and got a cold. That very same night as she later in her poorly made room, that her "friends" told her to use because "the girls dormitory is full if we all sleep in there, don't you think we'll be cramped Lian? Don't you care about us?," there were no more sheets left for her when she checked, Wei Lian didn't want to be a bother to anyone so she just slept without one. But the cold room she had to sleep in made it hard for her to sleep. Water was dripping from one of the cracks on the roof and unto the floor. The sound almsot made her go crazy.
The sound of the thunder made her block her ears, she wanted to hide under her sheet like a small child would. (But with what sheet? Lol 😂) After hours of twist and turns she could finally relax. Even though the rain hadn't stopped, it became lighter. And the cold air she felt, got warm as she felt a silk sheet slowly cover her. The scent of pine and Cinnamon walked into her nose. For some reason she couldn't open her eyes, like there was an invisible force stopping her.
"Shizun..?" she drifted off into sleep.

It's the day of the 'END OF SEASONS TOURNAMENT', "I must make shizun proud."
—— "There are bodies everywhere, my body...my sword...it's In pieces." —— "Shizun?" Is Shizun pointing her sword...at me? "Shizun..."
—— "Shut up, Demon!" Wei Lian felt her whole body tremble. Even though her Shizun had shouted at her before, it was never like this. Even when she was being punished. It was never...like this. There was something in Sha Mei's eyes that scared Wei Lian. A red flame that was about to fly out and burn her like the souls in hell. Make her pay for her sins...but...but, what sins? Wei Lian has never done anything bad...has she?
So why was shizun so upset? Is it because I'm a demon? I only practiced the dark arts for Shizun. To make her finally proud of me when I win. I gave my body up to save someone yesterday. I gave them something that I'll never get back. Something that now makes me...not pure?
I am dirty. Is that why Shizun wants to kill me? Because I'm a dirty, disgusting, horrible, sinful, slutty, whore of a demon? —— Sha Mei began stepping closer while Wei Lian stepped back. They continued until they reached the cliff.
Sha Mei moved to stab Wei Lian in the chest. Using a blade that she forged out of her flames she throws it until it something. That being Wei Lian's left eye.
Wei Lian falls to her knees in pain, but even in pain she did not scream or make a noise. The blade in her eye began to fade away. She began to cry as her left eye cried blood and her right tears. "You demons disgust me. Any last words?"
Seeing her Shizun's sword that was only pointed towards demons and other evil beings now beeing pointed at her, Wei Lian began to plead. She didn't want to leave Shizun.
She doesn't want to be betrayed by the only person she ever looked up to. Someone she stupidly considered as her family.
As she looked up, Sha Mei had a glare in her face as she pushed the 18 year old Wei Lian off, of the cliff.
Sending her into hell.
—— "How could I have been so stupid. Considering a God to be my family. To actually think that said God...actually cared about the people she swore to protect as one of the rulers of the Heavens and the Earth."
"How could I have been so fucking stupid?" "Shizun?" ——
(Sorry for not updating sooner, I may have been busy doing different kinds of projects. And like I said on top this is just a filler chapter. Though I tried to basically sum up the original storyline for you guys.)
