Shido took my hand and asked me if I was his soulmate. I blushed and let go of his hand and ran out of the room.
I quickly ran back to the bench where I told Uchuujin that I was heading for the bathroom.
While running, my face feels hot and when I think about Shido, something feels off about me.
{Uchujinn's POV}:
Where the heck did, he disappears to? And what is taking so damn long? Did he fall into the bathroom hole?
It's been a while already, it's already 5 PM. I'm worried that something will happen to Kaede.
"Hey!"
"Kaede?"
"I'm so sorry! I was lost in the crowds and couldn't find my way back!" says Kaede while running out of breath.
"What took you so long? And what is that smell?"
"I can smell and see your pheromones, you know."
"It's nothing," said Kaede.
"Let's go back home."-"
"S-shido?"
Back at the pharmacy...
{Shido's POV & Thoughts}:
Oh my, I didn't mean to scare him like that. This stupid mouth of mine always says something when it's not the right moment.
Why did I even grab his hand? I am so embarrassed! I blushed while thinking to myself about what I had done.
You are a singer and also a famous person! If people knew about this, I would probably be dead. Shido was thinking about how his father and mother would react.
The pharmacist was heading to Shido's room. When she realized that she was also a fan of Shido, who is a famous singer and a celebrity.
{Pharmacist POV}:
Were they filming a movie or something? The other one looks like an actor and oh my, is that Shido's lover?
"Hey, you!"
"Y-yes?"
"Do you have any masks for me to wear?"
"Uh... umm... Yes! Here."
"Thanks-"
"Here's my autograph so please don't tell anyone that I was here, okay?" Shido winks at the pharmacist lady.
"T-thank you so much!"
And Shido disappeared like that while the pharmacist lady was admiring his handwriting and giving her a free autograph when she didn't even ask for one.
"What the heck?"
"Kaede? What is happening?"
"S-shido?"
"You thought you had escaped?"
Shido grabbed Kaede's hand while walking away from the crowd while Uchuujin's mouth dropped.
"Kaede! You better explain yourself when you get back!"
The bodyguards were blocking other people from questioning Shido and why he was taking a strange tall man into the limbo.
The bodyguards closed the door as their young master got in with a man. Shido was still holding Kaede's hand when Kaede was trying to let go of his hand.
Shido looks at Kaede and smiles at him. Kaede froze when his idol stared at him. But Kaede finds him kind of cute.
"Can't you see that I am kidnapping you?"
"Y-you what?"
"I'm not letting you leave, since you have been caught by me."
"But I didn't even do anything wrong."
"It doesn't matter."
"Wherever you are, I'll kidnap you."
"What! isn't that a crime?"
"Crimes or not, it's not my problem since there will be news spreading virally about you carrying me to a pharmacy. "
"One of my bodyguards told me that a person caught you carrying me and they even recorded evidence and posted it on social media."
"Are you intending to sue them and block that site?"
"Hmm... no but I will blackmail them."
But about the kidnapping, Shido wasn't lying about it to Kaede and also about the video.
Kaede wanted to keep quiet but he couldn't.
"Hey, let go of my hand. It's getting very uncomfortable."
Shido lets go of Kaede's hand.
"So, your name is Kaede? Hm?"
{Kaede's Thoughts}:
Why does the way he says my name sound so gentle? Am I going crazy? I blushed and nodded.
"I like your name. I think it suits the weather."
"Well, I guess you're kind of right."
"Kaede means maple though."
"No wonder why your scent smells like it."
I blushed and scooted away from Shido. Shido laughed as he said
"I was just teasing you."
The scenery when he bit my nape started coming back from the back of my mind. But I tried not to remember much about it.
I was looking out the window when Shido just started talking to me. I wanted to visit and see how my grandma was doing. I sighed as I looked at Shido.
Shido stared at me like I was in deep thought about something. I was scared that his heat cycle would come back.
"So, what are you so concerned about?"
"I was intending to stop by and help my grandma in her restaurant."
"I was also thinking about how your heat cycle is going to come back-"
Shido blushed.
"What kind of heat cycle came back so suddenly when I just took some pills?"
"Doesn't a heat cycle only last a month?"
"Well, I don't know because it's different for an omega and the heat cycle comes out randomly."
After talking about that it suddenly became quiet. Afterward, I wondered if this limbo-looking car would arrive at its destination.
"Hey, about your grandma's restaurant, what's the address?"
"I would like to try eating there, I'm hungry."
I told him the address of my grandma's restaurant. I honestly thought that I was going to get dropped off back home.
