Chapter 11

It's been 15 years since the Clone War ended, the jedi found and killed Palpatine, killed Dooku, killed Grievous and the other sith and sith allies. And arrested the Separatist leadership.

"Dad! Dad!" Padme yelled as she ran into your quarters "something wrong my little Princess?" you asked hugging her, concern filling your eyes, "no! Not at all! I just got told I'm being knighted!" She exclaimed and you smiled. You kissed her forehead and hugged tighter, "I'm so proud of you," you whispered. Your children were two of the order's best, and you and Shaak couldn't be more proud. "As long as your padawan doesn't fall in love with you, then I'll support you in training them," you commented "but... you were mom's apprentice," she argued "the difference kiddo, is I don't know her father. And I'm a protective father," you replied. "Hey you two," Shaak said as she walked into the room "hey Beautiful, come here," you replied and she hugged you both.

Then Plo came running in with Luke. "Dad! Luke and I learnt something new!" Plo yelled "calm down, what did you learn?" you asked. Plo was your padawan, while Padme had been Yoda's padawan. Though you and Shaak did often teach her, and had influenced a great amount of her training. "We learnt how to do... THIS!" Luke exclaimed before producing yellow lightning, they both did. You smiled at them as they stopped. "Has Master Plo been teaching you?" you asked "Master Ti? Are you okay?" Luke asked looking at Shaak "Shaak?" you looked at her and saw her lekku paling. "Shaak?!" you exclaimed as she fell into her arms "kids go get Master Nema!" you ordered and they ran out.

When the healer arrived she checked over Shaak. "Don't worry, she's just a little sick. Nothing too concerning," she reassured placing a hand on your shoulder "thank you," you sighed in relief "it's my job Master Amidala," she replied before leaving. Padme and Plo walked over and hugged their mother, "is she okay Dad?" Padme asked with tears in her eyes "yes, don't worry. She's just a little sick," you replied. Plo hugged you as well and you gently stroked his lekku.

Time skip

You were teaching Plo form 5 when a young human girl, roughly his age, walked in, "Plo!" She exclaimed and the pair hugged "Dad, meet Rey. Rey meet my father," Plo introduced "Master Amidala, it's an honour," she replied "you keeping my son out of trouble?" you asked "I try, but he keeps on looking for it," she sighed. You let out a small laugh. "Just like his grandfather," you chuckled "go have fun with your friend," the pair smiled and ran off.

As you sat in your chair in the council chamber you noticed Yoda was missing. "Where is Master Yoda?" you asked "you haven't heard?" Obi-wan asked "heard what?" you asked "he has left the jedi order, to live out the rest of his life on the planet Dagobah," Mace explained and you nodded. "This meeting is to decide on a new grandmaster," Mace stated. As the votes were put in you voted for Plo Koon, it was anonymous, and Shaak wasn't there. "I'll take the datapad to Master Ti," you said standing up "where is she?" Plo asked "in our quarters, she's sick," you replied before walking out.

When you came back you handed the datapad to Mace. "Alright, all the votes are in," he said "and it would appear you have been voted grandmaster, Master Amidala. With Master Plo in second," Mace stated and your eyes widened in shock "I-I..." "do you need a minute?" Obi-wan asked with a smile "yes, I believe I need to go meditate,: you replied before leaving again.

Time skip

Having accepted your new position it was about to be announced to the rest of the order. "Hey," Shaak said as she found you out in the temple garden "hey," you replied as she wrapped her arms around you. "Where are the kids?" you asked "well, one is in my stomach, Plo is with his girlfriend, and Padme is with your mother," she explained "wait... Plo has a girlfriend? And... you're pregnant?" you asked smiling "I am, and yes he does," Shaak replied and you pulled her into a kiss. Your datapads went off and you looked to see it was the grandmaster announcement. Shaak looked at you shocked, "I'm so proud of you," she said before kissing you again "I love you so much," you whispered as she rested her head against your chest. "How did I get so lucky?" you asked yourself "lucky how?" Shaak asked "well, for one, I have you as my wife, I have two amazing children, soon to be three, and now I'm somehow the grandmaster," you stated.

You were with your mother and daughter when the soon to be knight spoke up. "Dad, is today the happiest day of your life?" She asked "no," you instantly replied "what is?" She asked "the day I married your mother. Your birthday is the day of our anniversary," you stated with a smile. You kissed her temple and rubbed her shoulder as she cuddled up beside you, "love you Dad," Padme whispered as she fell asleep "love you too," you replied. "Who knew you would become this good of a father," Padme commented "no one, I've just loved them the way you do me," you replied.
