To Love a Padawan (Shaak Ti X Reader)

Chapter 1

You arrived on Kamino to find your master, Shaak Ti, waiting on the landing platform. You jumped out your ship and ran over before pulling each other into an embrace, "I missed you," you whispered "I missed you too my padawan, you don't visit enough," she replied and you went inside.

As you walked through the halls you smiled and waved at the young cadets who were going off to training. "So, why are you here?" Shaak asked "I had intel from my informant that Kamino is going to be attacked, I wanted to make sure that you and everyone on the planet would be alright," you explained with a worried glance, Shaak put a hand on your shoulder and gave a reassuring smile "everything is going to be fine, Kamino is one of the most protected planets in the Republic," she replied "I know, it's just with how unpredictable the Separatists can be," you said and continued walking.

After about an hour of being master and apprentice, which you rarely can be, the alarm went off. "You sure this is a secure planet?" you remarked "I am. Commander, get all cadets to the barracks," Shaak ordered into her comm as you called Thrawn "Admiral, prepare the Negotiator," you ordered "yes General," he replied and went to go do that "isn't the Negotiator Master Kenobi's ship?" Shaak asked, clearly confused, "I have another ship, it's on Kamino," you explained.

You ran outside as you watched your dreadnought rise from the ocean. When it was fully out you looked at your master who was shocked, "I knew you had authorisation to build your own ships but... is this one really necessary?" She asked "to protect you and Kamino, yes," you replied and force jumped over. 

You entered the command bridge to find Thrawn looking at the holomap, "General Clovis, the Separatists appear to have a dreadnought of their own," he said looking up at you "well, then let's show them our's can do," you replied smirking and he had a similar smirk "into the atmosphere," Thrawn ordered. You looked out the window as the ship went into the air, you then got a transmission on the main system and when you answered Shaak, Kenobi and Skywalker appeared "Y/n! what is this ship you have?!" Anakin yelled "it's a dreadnought, most powerful in the galaxy," you replied walking over "where have you been hiding it?" Obi-wan asked "Kamino, not even my master knew about it, and this isn't the largest ship in my fleet," you said smirking again. You then got high enough and looked to the pilots manning the laser "fire on the Separatist dreadnought," you ordered "yes general," they replied. You looked out the window as the enemy ship was destroyed "okay, what's this thing called?" Anakin asked "the Negotiator II, and one thing is for sure, the negotiations are always short," you replied "and... keep this on the downlow, there is a reason this ship has been kept a secret," "why haven't you told the council?" Shaak asked, clearly annoyed, "or me," "I figured that there was no need, I-" "General we're being boarded," a pilot interrupted "I'll handle this, we'll speak in a moment Masters, and Anakin," you said and ended the transmission.

You walked into the ship hangar and found droids pouring in at every opening. You activated your lightsaber as the ship defences activated, droids were being blasted and sliced up constantly. After an entire hour most droids had been destroyed, but General Grievous had arrived, "your lightsaber will make a fine addition to my collection," he sneered "are you sure you wanna face me? I'm not exactly a normal jedi," you asked smirking. He activated four lightsabers and charged at you, knowing he can predict each movements due to cybernetics you decided to be patient. As you blocked and dodged each swing, whilst also deflecting blaster fire, then Grievous decided to start spinning his lightsabers. "Give up jedi scum," he sneered "I can do this all day," you replied and grabbed his lightsabers by THE FUCKING BLADES. "Told you I'm not an ordinary jedi," you taunted as you proceeded to beat the ever living shit out of him. After his beating was done he only had legs left, so he ran away.

You went to the bridge with the lightsabers of your fallen comrades and looked at Thrawn. "What happened to you General?" he asked seeing you were out of breath "held... lightsabers... need rest," you muttered "wait... how is that even possible?" he asked, sounding confused, "my skeleton is made out of phrik, it's indestructible, and my skin is resistant to it in general," you explained.

You arrived on the surface of Kamino, still holding the lightsabers, and found your master waiting. "Is everything alright?" she asked putting her hands on your shoulders "well I just fought General Grievous and exhausted, but other than that yeah I'm fine," you replied as the Negotiator II went back into the ocean behind you. You then pulled Shaak into a hug, which she found a bit surprising but soon melted into it. 

The two of you went inside, as it was beginning to rain, and were soon stopped by a kaminoan. "General, it is good to see you again," she said "do I... know you?" you asked "I am Nala Se, we met when your master was first assigned here," she replied "okay..." you muttered "Nala Se is one of the leading engineers in the creation of the clones," Shaak said "is that supposed to mean something?" you asked and continued walking.

Shaak brought you into her quarters and sat you on the bed, "so, how have you been my padawan?" she asked "alright, I wish you were at the temple more often," you replied "this is an important assignment Y/n, I wish I could too but I have to be here," Shaak said "I know, it also gets annoying when Master Windu says we shouldn't be as close as we are," you sighed, you then felt her run her fingers through your hair "he's just a stickler for the code, there is nothing wrong with our bond," she assured. Shaak then sat down and laid her head in your lap, "you sure there's nothing wrong with it? in the eyes of the council at least," you commented "in the eyes of certain members yes, others not so much," she replied and you slowly fell asleep.
