"Oh I see"

"Well I should go back inside, I'll see you in a bit Emma"

"See ya Ray!" She waved back to him and went back to the call with Norman. "Norman I'm going to go unless you need anything?"

"Just- actually no you go Emma. I might figure this one out on my own"

"Alright text me if you need anything"

"I will do"

Norman ended the call and walked downstairs seeing his dad in the living room so went over to him.

"Dad could I ask you something?"

"Sure kid what's up?"

"Well you know how I'm with Emma?"

"Yea?"

"Well since you and mum are separate- sorry to bring that up but how did you now that you-"

"Don't worry about that and that we fell out love?"

"Yea"

"Well it started to not feel exciting anymore, in your mum's case she started having the feeling of a crush on someone else."

"Right thanks"

"How come? Is everything okay?"

Norman sighed staring down for a second before looking up "yea it's just I don't- going if what you said I might not like Emma. Honestly I may never have and"

"You agreed to date due to feeling you had to?"

"More trying to force myself to not accept some feelings"

"But why would you Norman?"

"I guess. I think I didn't realise it's okay to have those feelings and I wanted to fake different ones to try and get over these true feelings"

"Right. Whatever it is you can tell me you know that?"

"Yea so would you be okay if I like a guy?"
