Ray noticed Norman was going to cry so debeaked before lying against him

"Tell me if you get uncomfortable with this, I just thought you could do with some form of comfort and I can tell you don't want to talk so"

"No worries, look sorry for causing the argument with yours dad"

"Eh if he didn't catch me then it wouldn't have happened"

"Yea I know, but then what happened was good not for you I saw you got hit are you okay?"

"Oh that- yea I'm fine Norman, don't worry about it and what do you mean it was good? If you don't mind answering"

"Well I managed to stand up for myself but I actually managed to figure out my feelings as well"

"Oh that's great, and well done Norman I know it's hard for you with feelings like that and to-"

Emma walked out seeing the two boys pouting at them.

"Ray move"

"Nope, I can and will fall asleep to avoid moving"

Emma huffed at forcing her way to lie between rays legs and against his chest. "There, now we can all spend time together"

Emma heard a car pull up seeing her dads so got up to say hi to them.

"Oh also Norman while Emma is distracted if you do want to stay with me for a bit until your dad calms down or even if he doesn't and you continue to stay. Let me know I'll ask mum"

"If that's okay Ray could I?"

"Yea remind me in the morning"

"Too tired to do it now?"

"Eh kinda but also want to let her calm down from me nearly dying this morning"

Ray felt Norman shiver under him so got up holding a hand for Norman to get up "come on I can tell you are cold let's go inside once Emma is back"
