I woke up with swollen eyes from the night before. I had spent too much of that evening crying and it was time to change that, though Yuqi and Seokmin's kiss kept playing in the back of my mind.
'Knock Knock'
My bedroom door opened and in walked Seungcheol. "Hey, how is my hungover sister this morning?" he said and sat on my bed.
"Not in the mood" I replied, although in sibling language that meant 'please annoy me more'.
"Mingyu called me this morning... I'm hanging out with Jun and Jeonghan today if you want to come with" he said while peeking through my covers to look my face. "Come on it's not like you're gonna be doing anything else today" he said again.
"Alright, just give me time to get ready" I moan and start getting up.
I don't know whether I should be angry at Mingyu telling my brother, but it's kinda nice Seungcheol telling me he knew, like he was letting me know he cared.
I have a quick shower and chuck on some random clothes from my pile that I was still yet to put away. Not long after Jun and Jeonghan, Seungcheol's university friends, make their way over and start gaming.
I plop myself on the sofa and watch them play 1v1 matches, only occasionally joining in. Suddenly my phone buzzes. It was Seokmin. I toss my phone to Jun, while I freak out. Jun unknowingly answers and I lose my shit even more.
"Uh hello?" he answers.
He waits a few seconds while looking at me panicking about what to say. Then Jeonghan leans into Jun's ear and whispers something to which he nods to.
"This is y/n's boyfriend so if you want to leave a message, I can relay it to her" Jun says, to which I respond by screaming into a cushion. No way did Jun just tell Seokmin that he was my boyfriend, no way.
"Uh huh... yeah... yeah... no she came back alright... okay bye" Jun finishes the call. I turn to Seungcheol for emotional support as his friends just violated my social life. However, this is all immensely funny to him as he just laughs.
"Shut up you freaking hyena, what the flip was that about Jun! You're my boyfriend now are you! What the hell!" I shout, while Jeonghan and Jun now join in with my brother's infectious laughter. How the hell am I gonna explain this to Seokmin while keeping composure and not crying in front of the boy who just broke my heart.
I guess I'll just get Mingyu to tell him as I can't face him at the moment.
