Part 1 Chapter 12: To The Land Of Waves

When we got to the mission room me and Naruto immediatly demanded a C-Rank mission. I swear if i have to deal with that damn cat one more fucking time i will becom a rouge ninja and end kohnoha! I hate it! I screamed. Yea can we get a C-Rank mission please Iruka sensei! Iruka who was giving out missions at the time looked shocked at our our burst. You two cant just demand a  C-Rank mission! He yelled. Well we are so pay up sensei! I yelled.

Astora- I think they should be alright to do one. Cough. Hayate sensei said. They have impecible team work and are quite strong for there age. Cough. Cough. He said. Yea!!! Me and Naruto both screamed. Yuri was being Yuri. Sigh. Fine we have one C-Rank ready actually. Iruka sensei said. Tazuna please enter. He said. Immediatly an old drunken man came stumbleing in. You have to escort Tazuna to the land of waves and protect him until his bridge is finished being built.

Tazuna gave us all a look. So the people protecting me is a shorty, some girl, and a kid? He said. These kids can kill you without hesitation. I said looking at him. He seemed to get scared. Good. Well, whatever meet me at the village gate! He said then walked out. Hayate sensei looked at us. Go home and get what you think you will need for a week. Cough. He said. Yes! Sir! I yelled. When me and Yuri got home we packed some weapons some food and clothes.

Yuri decided to bring her nunchucks. She is veyw skilled with them, wich makes me wonder. How and why do you forget you have them. I packed a bag for Naruto just in case all he packed was ramen. We decided to meet up at Narutos house. Wesaw him walking out with nothing on him. Hey dude, wheres your stuff? I asked. My house was ransacked again. He said looking down. Well good thing i brought this. I said throwing him a brown back pack. Huh? Is this for me? He asked. Yea, sora will always have your back. Yuri said. Naruto smiles at me and put on the backpack.

Alright lets go. I said running to the village gate. Not again. Yuri said. Hey guys wait up! Naruto yelled. When we got to the gate. We saw Hayate sensei and Tazuna already there. Were not late you are early. I said. Sigh lets just go. Cough. Hayate sensei said. We then left the village. Hayate sensei was in the back, Naruto and Yuri next to Tazuna, and me in the front. Naruto and Yuri were asking Tazuna what wave was like but i didnt really care about that.

We walked for a while but then i saw a puddle. I looked at Hayate sensei. He whispered. Be ready. And i looked back. There was no way a puddle could appear when it hasnt been raining for days. When i was about five feet from the puddle, two guys connected by a chain came out. They swung at me but i was ready. I blocked the guy in front of me with my sword and kicked the guy on my left away. Yuri threw a kunai while Naruto stepped in front of Tazuna.

The kunai hit the chain and connected it to a tree. Naruto and Yuri switched places and Naruto kicked one guy with the force to crack his skull, im not lying i heard it. I quicly slashed my sword downward. Hard. Down Force! I yelled. Then i cut the guys left arm off simultaniasly cracking the grown beneath me. AAHAAAHHHH!! He screamed. Hayate sensei just nocked him out. Then i realized something. Wait why didnt you help us! I yelled at him.

Because i wanted to see how you would react. Cough. He said. You did good. Cough. It also. Cough. Told me something. They were only after you Tazuna. Hayate sensei said. Tazuna sweated. If you were being hunted you shouldve made it an A or B-Rank. I said. N-no you see our town is poor because of the shipping agent Gato. He only likes money qnd dosnt care about our starving and sick people. The bridge im building will allow us to trade with other villages to get our towns wealth up. He said.

Sigh. Cough. What do you guys wanna do? Hayate sensei said. I wanna help im not just gonna let that slide. I said. Yea we have to help those people! Datebayo! Naruto said. Hmmm... I guess we can handle it. Yuri said. Oh thank you. Thank you so much! Tazuna said teary eyed. Cough. Lets continue on then. Hayate sensei said. Alright! Naruto yelled. Dude chill. I said. We continued walking on. We also switched up our formation a little. Naruto in the front, Yuri on Tazunas left, me on his right, and Hayate sensei was still in the back.

We walked for a little while longer. While we were walking i was sketching the scenery in my sketchbook while also paying attention to anythim suspicious. In a tree some distance a way you could see a man with with a giant sword on his back and a kiri headband with a slash in it. Who is this man? The stranger thought. Hmm, he seems to be skilled in kenjutsu along with one of his students. They all seem to have pretty high chakra for genin no wonder the demon brothers failed.

Back with the gang. I heard rustleing in the bushes. I closed my book and grabed a kunai. Naruto was already on it though, he scoped out the area and threw a kunai into one of the many bushes around us. I grabed my sword on my back just in case. Naruto whent to open the bushes and youll never beleive whqt he found. A snow rabbit. Aww im sorry i didnt mean to scare you! Naruto said while holding the rabbit. I was on gaurd though. Theres no way a bunny would have its winter coat in summer, meaning it was probably raised in captivity as a distraction i thought.

I then heard what sounded like metal cutting through air, not a kunai though. Get down! Me and Hayate sensei yelled at the same time. We all ducked while Yuri pushed Tazuna down. A giant fucking sword then flew over us missing me and Naruto by a singular inch. The sword hit a tree then a man appeared. I already knew something wasnt right just by his posture and aura. Zabuza Momochi. Hayate sensei said while drawing his sword.
