  “Ever since you found her, have you noticed something strange or out of the ordinary” The queen inquired as she glanced at Renée a few times, trying to analyze a theory.

  “Not really mother”.

  “She can't remember a few things from her past and she mentioned something about sleepwalking but she doesn't remember the events that follows. I'm going to cast a advanced memory recovery spell on her if it would help”.

  Lucian stance became protective. “Won't it hurt her?!”.

  “I'll be fine Luca, don't you trust Mum”. Renée tried reassuring him. “I feel that there is a few things I'm forgetting and I really want to know so if this is the only way then I'll do it and there's nothing anyone can do to stop me. Not even you”.

  The last three words were whispered but he heard it anyway. Lucian understood that she has already made up her mind and there was nothing he can do to change it at this point.
  “Okay”. He agreed reluctantly.
  “I'll go get everything ready”. The princess words broke the looming tension in the air as she hurriedly left the room.

   Meanwhile, in a forest faraway, a young witch was in the middle of her chants through a spell while in a center of raging flames when the phenomenal happening disrupted her focus and the flames went out at once, she seems young but is not to be underestimated by her teen features. She spat out a mouthful of crimson blood as her face twisted with pain, the backlash from not completing her spell was severe but she seemed fine.
  She lets out a twisted, maniac laugh. “It seems someone beat me to it but two can play this game. There can only be one crown princess and that can only be me, no one else”.
  She sensed a presence behind her, she quickly gets up and bows. “Master”.
  “Kitsune let me check your injury”. The master took a glance at the girl named Kitsune and instantly guessed what was wrong.
  “Master I'll be fine, you don't need to bother about my injury, I can easily heal myself”.
  “I insist”. Her tone of voice left no room for refute. Kitsune turned around while the master placed both hands on her (Kitsune) back and starts to chant a healing spell. “I'm guessing that you sensed what happened earlier”.
  “Yes Master”.
  “And I'm hoping that you had nothing to do with it”.
  No response.
  “Kitsune?”.
  “I had nothing to do with it Master, I am not powerful enough to cast such a forbidden spell”.
  “There is a war coming and I'm hoping that we won't get involved in any way. I understand how you feel about us living in exile but it's for the best. I won't always be here for you so I wish that you would always follow the right path”. The master left with hopes that her student can understand what is right and not do anything stupid.
  As soon as the master was out of sight, Kitsune's eyes darkened, filled with malice and a strong resolve. “I'm sorry I have to betray you Master. Your lifetime in this world is almost used up, mine is just at it's beginning. I have to be the crown princess and I'll do everything in my power".
  She sat down cross-legged again and resumed her chant.
She had no idea that her master was not too far away, listening to her. ‘Since you have chosen this path Kitsune, you should be willing to pay the price and face the consequences in the end”.

Renée sat in the middle of the two royals females, Queen Rosalie and Princess Luciana both held one of her hands before joining their free hands with one another. It formed a circle. The three females wore white chitons which was a significance of purity.
  Lucian sat not to far away, he knew better than to interrupt them but his whole attention was focused on them just in case something went wrong.
  The unified chants of the two royals females felt like music to her ears. «Θεά καλούμε την παρουσία σας ανάμεσά μας. Δείξε μας το παρελθόν που έχει χαθεί και ξεχαστεί, σε παρακαλούμε αγία θεά”(Goddess we invite your presence to our midst, show us the past which has been lost and forgotten, we beseech you holy goddess).
  The intensity of the glow around them increased. Renée found herself in a room filled with lots of golden scrolls, her instincts told her that in each of those scrolls was one portion of her memories and all she has to do was open them. As she takes one, she was immediately brought to a different room, a big screen television was on the wall and a comfortable couch.
  It seems it was going to take a while.
  Right in his presence, an illusionary image of the Moon Goddess appeared in front of Lucian. The aura surrounding her didn't force him to submit, his wolf grumbled about not bowing in respect, seems there was a beef going on between the goddess and Xavier. An internal argument was about to start between human and wolf.
 
  The Moon Goddess chuckled. “If he doesn't want to, don't force it. He has always been so dramatic”.
  “its you that is so dramatic, annoying lady" Xavier huffed with pride and blocked the mindlink between himself and Lucian.
  “I apologise for his behavior”. The crown prince said.
  “Its fine. As you probably figured out, this is not my real form so this image of me doesn't have a lot of time here. So just listen to me and not say a word”. She instructed sternly.
  “I understand”.
  The goddess smiled warmly. She takes a sit beside him and focuses her attention on the the three females. “With time, they'll become more powerful. But with greater powers come more responsibilities. I'm here because of Renée”. She noticed his breath hitched a bit before returning back to normal. “Dont act all too suprised. She is my daughter you know”.
  She waited, expecting him to say something but who knew....“Oh I instructed you not to speak. I sealed some part her memories for a reason and as we speak, she is on the verge of finding out everything. Whether or not it would build her or break her, it's up to her and fate. But she's more powerful than you think”.
  “i know. I've been watching her but what do you mean by she's your daughter, isn't every wolf shifter your child. Why on earth would you seal her memories. Bad or not, it's a part of who she is and it's never going to change”. He added before throwing a mental facepalm. “I'm sorry, I spoke out of turn”.
  “Very clever kid. Answering to your question. She's my daughter because I birth her. She has been with me from the very beginning.”
  His eyes widened. “Then why did you let her leave?!”.
  “You. She wanted to be with you. It took a lot from me to let my only child go but I couldn't keep her stuck to my side for the sake of my happiness so I had to let her go".
  His next words got stuck to her throat as he glanced at his mate who was still  covered in an earthly glow and had a calm expression on her face.
A goddess had given up everything just to be with him, he began to see her in a different positive light. He was lucky to have a goddess by his side as his female counterpart.
  “So I'm not going to tell you what to do about her. But your journey is long with my obstacles, you have to be brave and courageous, trust on the love that you both share. You are stronger than everything in this world Lucian. Don't place a limit on yourself. No matter how invincible or powerful you might be, One's life is precious like diamonds but is still very vulnerable like glass, Learn to protect and cherish it”. She gave him a smile with love and affection evident in her eyes. “And I'll always be with you every step of the way”.
  She whispered something into his ears which caused him to look shocked before the image disappeared.

  A drop of tears rolled down her cheeks. She couldn't believe how ruthless she was, she had brutally ended her father's life but how she forgot all about it was still a mystery. She kept watching the big screen when at some point, a lot of memories rushed into her head.
  She was on the verge of passing out but her strong determination and willpower as able to keep her conscious.
  She shuts her eyes for a second and as she opens them again, she found herself in the midst of soft clouds.

  “Forget all about the past, it's meant to build you and not break you. You have a mission ahead of yourself.
  You'll make mistakes, that's okay
Because no one is perfect
  You'll have fears, failures and discouragement but that's okay too.
If you mess up, pick yourself up
Overcome your fears and keep moving forward.

  A wave of strong resolution washed through her mind as she heard the Moon Goddess words of encouragement. She blacked out.
  When she opened her eyes again, she was in a room, at one glance she figured it was a gold and black themed room. She gently raised herself to a sitting position. Her eyes fell on the white chiton she was putting on.
It was familiar and comfortable.
  “Are you okay?” a head peeked inside the room, she frowned a bit. “I sense your heart flauntuation so I guessed that you might be awake”. Luciana giggled as she lets herself into the room and sits by the side of the bed.
  “I'm fine. How long was I out”. Even though she has just woken up, she felt very refreshed.
  “Just a day. I was worried, we were all worried but mom assured us that you'll be fine, that it was the Moon Goddess doings”. Luciana answered.
  “What time is it? Where's lu- everyone?”.
  Luciana lets out a small giggle. “Mother and Father had to attend an international meeting, they won't be back anytime soon. Raymond is busy with some pack business. Lucian had to visit Niveria while I was tasked with looking after you”.
  “Niveria? How is it like?”.
  “Its a completely different world from here, there are aristocratic families and the commoners. The amount of respect you get is based on your status on the hierarchy.” the princess explained.
  “How do you get there? It's not like there's a particular place to go that states ‘Welcomr to Niveria, the demons says hello’.
  Luciana burst into laughter. “You have a great sense of humor, it's actually refreshing. It seems I might have to suggest that to my brother. No matter how hilarious that signboard might look, no it doesn't exist around here. Instead there's a portal in strategic places and strict rules that guides the place like how no demon is allowed to leave or mingle in the human world. No matter how safe here is, you can't trust everyone with such a big thing unless necessary like in your case”
  “I understand, so I'm your brother's mate, what am I supposed to do?.”
  “Just be happy and look beautiful, trust me, my brother will appreciate that”.
  “You're funny Lucy (pet name for Luciana). But I'm serious this time. How am I supposed to act as the crown princess of the werewolf and demon worlds respectively”. Her emotions began to surge as her breaths became unsteady .
  “Calm down, don't forget that I'm here with you . Even I don't know much about it but I'll teach you the little I know. For the rest, we'll figure it out together I promise”. She hugs her reassuringly
  “Thank you for everything, now I supposed we have a business that we left unfinished”. She raised one of her eyebrows inquiringly.
  “Whats that?”. Luciana was lost and confused.
  “If I'm meant to be a princess, I might as well start looking like one”.
  “SHOPPING SPREE!!”.
