Chapter 4
It's been a week, since Jimin enrolled into his course. He was getting along with a few friends, but no one had really clicked with him.
He regretted, that he has chosen the same university Jungkook was attending, as it was really hard for him to be in the same class.
Yes, it has been years, he has even forgotten about Jungkook's existence, but after seeing him all old wounds had opened.
Right now Jimin was waiting for his dad to speak about his relocation back to London, as he was not in a mood of completing his degree.
"Appa, shall we talk?" Jimin asked him when the two were at the dining table about an hour later right after reaching home.
"Of course! Spill it!" His father assured him.
"Well, I'm planning to relocate back to London. I don't think I can adapt to this environment again."
"But, Jimin I have thought it was your decision, right?"
"Yes it was, but I've never suspected I will cross paths with... NEVER MIND! I'm leaving Seoul appa," Jimin stood up running to his bedroom.
The last thing he could hear was his father's loud sigh.
Upstairs Jimin plopped on the bed thinking about the past. He smiled when he remembered the time he used to spend with his grandmother and he remembered how she used to tell him goodnight stories. It brought back peace to his heart, so after a while he drifted off into peaceful dreams.
The next day Jimin went back to his university and as usual, the headphone boy waved his way hello.
"I'm avoiding you, but you kept on greeting me!" Jimin stated and looked at the male.
"Really?" The guy giggled and scratched his neck awkwardly.
"Anyways, I'm Park Jimin and you are?" He stretched his hand out and the boy shook it firmly. Some tiny butterflies opened up as maybe, finally he will make a friend.
"Hi, I'm Jung Hoseok. You can call me as Hobi," the headphone boy grinned widely.
"Hobi," Jimin muttered and smiled at him.
"So, are we friends now?" Hobi asked him.
"Yes, I guess!"
"That's great buddy! Lets party today."
"What?"
"Yes, we will celebrate our first day of friendship! And I will be waiting for you in the dance hall."
Jimin couldn't say no, as this would immediately break this new made friendship.
"Ok, I will come," he hugged the boy awkwardly, then both parted running to their respective classes.
Jimin was staring at the widow blankly with his notebook resting in front of him on the desk. He couldn't think of anything to start a script for his story with as his mind was not working well now. All his thoughts coming back to a certain dark haired boy.
Fortunately the bell rang, so Jimin jumped up closing the notebook then sprinting to the cafeteria for lunch. His eyes caught a corner place and he thought, that it will be the best spot to enjoying some unbothered nature.
He placed his bag and the tray on the table and started to eat his meal, but a loud yell from the other side of the cafeteria distracted him.
Some of his classmates, Jungkook and an unknown girl were seated in around a table not so far from him.
Jimin sensed they were gaming on something. He diverted his gaze as he didn't like to observe what they were doing, so he returned to his meal, but another loud yell came.
Jimin couldn't control himself and decided to shut their mouths.
He raised from his place and stepped against their table. He was about to open his mouth, but just then he saw Jungkook kissing a girl aggressively in front of everyone.
The crowd was yelling and asking them to kiss more, while there was only one person standing there with a broken heart. Him. Foul Jimin.
Without his knowledge his tears started to well up, he rushed towards the washroom as he couldn't control them, hoping to disappear from this world.
