Chapter 6

"What is this Jimin?" The principal asked when Jimin handed him over a letter of resignation.

"I'm sorry Mr. Henry, I don't think I can continue here," said Jimin hoping he won't need to explain it any further.

"But why? It's only been a week. Had the students bullied you? You can be frank, I will punish them."

"No, Mr. Henry it's entirely my own personal choice as I can't adapt to the culture here. I'm sorry, please approve my Discontinuing," Jimin requested. 

The principal sighed, but glanced at him suspiciously.

"I wish I could approve it, but... I'm sorry Jimin, I can't lose a good student like you. I have seen your works and projects and our university will be honored if you graduate here. Please stay here and let me know in case you'll face any issues."

"But Mr. Henry!" Jimin begged.

"I'm sorry Jimin, you may leave now," The principal excited the classroom before him.

Jimin made a fist, wishing so hard to hit something or someone, a dark haired boy preferably, but instead he collected himself to storm the corridor and bump into Hobi.

"Jiminie!" Hobi greeted him but he ignored walking past quickly.

"What happened to you now!" Hobi shouted behind him as they were both heading towards the same class, but Jimin wasn't listening.

Another lesson was coming to the end, directing, Jimin's favorite subject, that today couldn't make his day though. Right now, the teacher was assigning them to a project to record a movie, which's duration she has chosen.

"Your movie shouldn't be longer than 1 hour. Don't drag your stories too much. Avoid using too much music and inappropriate content, as your story should speak some morals. We will select the best movie to present it in movie theaters and on OTT Platforms. Who knows, maybe you will find more opportunities from top producers soon."

The students were all surprised, as it was their dream to direct a movie like that.

"We will split your team, so please cooperate with your teammates," she smiled before announcing the team members.

When she was reading out the team members Jimin glanced at Jungkook sending him a death glare.

"Excuse me, Ms. Lilly. I want to change groups," Jimin requested.

"What's the reason Jimin?"

His throat tightened, but before he could speak, a voice came from the back of the classroom.

"It's because he is afraid of our team's strength. Who knows, maybe he doesn't have any talent in scriptwriting," Jungkook chuckled while everyone started to tease Jimin, boiling his blood in fury.

"Jimin, do you still want to change?" Ms. Lilly looked at him.

"No Ms. Lilly, I'm in. And I want to show some bast* my skills. Sorry for the cause,"
Jimin sent a quick glance towards Jungkook.

The teacher smiled continuing to assign each team a topic and Jungkook's received the subject "SUMMER".

Both Jungkook and Jimin stared at each other with pain, as one, it was their favorite season and the two they longed for summer to come so badly, but now everything was just upside down.

They needed to accept that fate had different plans for them.
