Chapter 7- Danny's Condition

Ch. 7

Tucker helped Sam get Danny to the couch as they walked into the Fenton home...

"What happened?" Maddie asked in concern etched into her face as they placed her only son on the living room couch, as  they sat by him to explain the situation.

"Well..... Danny and I were walking around Amity and he wanted...."

Maddie interrupted. "You Danny and Tucker?" she asked... He looked at her.

"well no, Just Danny and I, we were going to go to the skulk and lurk, and Danny wanted to take a shortcut through an alleyway.." Sam said nervously as she looked up to her and her worried gaze.

"Well as long as he's okay," Maddie said as she went in the kitchen to make some coffee.

Sam sat there in the chair that was angled to the side.

So that whoever was sitting there would still be able to see who sat where she was... Sam watched as her fiancé's chest went up and down as he slept? Well whatever you call a passed out persons state.

She couldn't think straight, she was excited and yet worried. Excited about being engaged and upset about what has happened to Danny.

-time skip to September 14, 2008-

Danny awoke up to find that he was... home in his  living room his mother looming over him as any other worried Mother.

"Danny sweetie are you alright?" she asked as she felt her son's forehead, "you feel a tad colder than normal what happened dear?"

Danny couldn't think straight... what did happen? "I'm sure Sam told you..." he whispered , she looked worried.

"She did tell me what happened after she found you but do you remember anything before that?" she asked....

"Just Sam and I took a short cut from an alleyway we got separated then... nothing, I don't remember anything after that." Danny said softly and looking down at his blanket.

"It's okay Danny, your home safe." she said as she went into the kitchen to make some coffee. Danny turned his head to see his fiancé looking straight at him from the pull out couch.

"Hi..." she said nervously. "Hey," Danny said looking into her Lavender eyes. "Are you alright?" she asked.

"Yeah, my head hurts...." He said as he held his  head in pain. "I'll get you a cold towel." Sam said as she went to the kitchen to get a cold towel.

Sam got Danny a washcloth and quickly soaked it with cold water.... "It will be okay, babe." Sam told him as she put the washcloth on his forehead...

The cold sensation seemed to be working, well for Danny's predicament he was in.

She sat in the arm chair with a book as she watched her fiancé sleep as peacefully as he could get.

She wondered what happened in that Alleyway once they  were separated. All she knew was it was horrible.....

"It's been a few Days.... since my attack and I'm feeling a bit better.' Danny thought as he went downstairs.

He took some captain crunch cereal out of the cabinet, along with a bowl, and a spoon from the drawers as he sat down to make his cereal.

"Good morning Danny, sleep well?" His Mom asked as she started on the coffee.

"Not really, I keep getting these weird dreams... As if..." Maddie was clearly distracted by the coffee maker.
