And just like that, Draco was gone.

Tears began to fall from my eyes.

He turned into a dark cloud, and disappeared into the night.

With that, I was reminded with the sobering fact, that Draco Malfoy was still a deatheater.

Hermione and Harry walked in.

Harry was limping, blood was dripping from his leg.

"What happened?!" I yelled, as I quickly got to my feet.

"He had a trap waiting for us there, the snake." Harry replied quickly.

"Fix it quickly.   Hermione, we need to get out of here." I demanded.

"Why?" Hermione asked me worriedly.

She dug in her bag, and poured a little vile on Harry's wound.

"I'll tell you later, but right now we need to go." I told her.

Hermione looked up at me, scanning me with her eyes.

"Alright, let's pack up." She spoke softly.

I gave her a quick nod.

We quickly packed up everything, and we all took hands.

"Where are we?" Harry asked Hermione, as we arrived at our new location.

There was a light dusting of snow on the ground.

It was freezing cold.

"Forest of Dean.  My parents took me here when I was younger, everything looks the same." She sighed.

"Hermione, where is my wand?" Harry quickly asked her.

Hermione took a deep breath, before she slowly reached into her pocket.

She pulled out Harry's broken wand.

"As we left, I casted.... but it rebounded." Hermione looked ashamed.

"One of you give me yours, then." Harry held at his hand, and Hermione looked at me.

"No way! I told you guys not to go, and you didn't listen.   You guys trade off Hermione's wand, not mine!" I yelled at them.

Hermione took a step backwards, and blinked slowly at me.

I guess Draco had me on edge still.

Agitated, upset, and I wasn't even wearing the Horcrux.

"I'm sorry," I spoke to the ground, "I'll um.... go set up the tent.."

"I'll do the enchantments." Hermione replied.

"Do the sky above it, trust me." I pointed up.

...

I sat against a tree, looking up at the sky.

I was wrapped up in a blanket, with my knees pulled to my chest.

The stars were so bright, reminded me of the astronomy tower.

"It hasn't warmed up at all." Hermione said, as she approached me.

"No, it hasn't.  Not one bit." I replied quietly.

She sat down next to me.

She's gonna ask me a million questions.

"So, why did you want me to enchant the sky above us?" Hermione asked me.

I turned my head toward her, and bit the inside of my cheek.

I had to think about what I all could say.

"Remember that night, where I said he was there... at the foot of my bed?" I asked her.

Hermione nodded.

"I wasn't lying, and Harry doesn't believe that he could have gotten in.  But he came back, while you guys were gone.   He got in from the sky, Hermione." I wanted to cry so bad, it took everything to hold the tears back.

"Did you talk to him? How did he find us? Will he tell the others?" Hermione grew worried.

"Draco didn't say exactly how he knew where I was. I don't think he will tell anyone. " I told her sincerely.

"You're just gonna trust what Malfoy says, after everything?" Hermione asked me sternly.

"Just the way he was acting, he's not going to!" I argued with her.

"Whats that supposed to mean?! How long wad he there? What did you guys talk about? What did you do?!" Hermione raised her voice louder with every word she spoke.

I knew this was gonna happen.

I couldn't hold it in anymore.

The tears flooded from my eyes, as I began to sob.

"I'm so sick of myself, Hermione.  I let him back in.   Every fucking time, I let Draco back in.   It always ends the same fucking way, with my heart broken even more than the last time." I let my head hang down as I cried.

"I-I didn't mean to push you, I'm sorry.    With everything with Ron and wearing this Horcrux, I'm a wreck.   I know Malfoy is a touchy subject." Hermione apologized.

She gave me a forced smile, to try to comfort me.

I wiped the tears away from my face.

"I'm just exhausted. I'm so stupid." I groaned.

"You're not stupid.   I think you should go to bed, get some sleep." Hermione told me.

I got up, and handed her the blanket.

"I'll take the locket." I held my hand out to her.

"You're too upset to take it right now, it's just going to make it worse.  It will tear you apart.   I'll give it to Harry, when he comes out in a few hours." Hermione wrapped herself up in the blanket.

"Goodnight, Hermione." I told her, as I walked away.

Man, I wanted a cigarette.

I was too tired to even smoke.

My body craved sleep.

My body craved Draco

I could still feel his touch on my skin.

Seeing Draco, hearing his voice, and feeling his touch, gave me a small amount of comfort.

This comfort helped me sleep.

I slept through the night, for the first time in months.
