(opening scene)

It's dusk. Two teens are sitting on a blanket under a tree, just having finished a picnic for their first date. The boy is just a normal teen boy, all hands and lips everywhere. He moves from the girls lips to her neck. The girl rolls her head to the side to give the boy more access. She suddenly jerks her head up and to the side as a sudden noise catches her off guard. She can't see anything with dusk growing to darkness real quick and the two of them have picked a place out of sight in a semi wooded off area of the park. All she can see is trees and over grown bushes and a concert path walk that's a good 15 feet from them.

She gives the boys shoulder a little nudge to get his attention. "What was that?" she asks the boy, a touch of panic in her voice. "I think we should get going." she begins to stand and gather her things. The boy throws his head back with a sigh. Reaching out he grabs her arm gently, and looks up into her eyes.

"Hey it's okay. We are sitting right next to the woods. There are a ton of animals and they move about when it starts to get dark. We are totally fine." He says to her in a soothing voice, gently tugging her back down onto the blanket. He resumes his task on her neck. A few moments pass and she starts to loosen and enjoy the rest of their date when the noise happens again. This time a lot closer to them then the last. She can definitely hear what sounds like something is growling within the tree line just a couple of feet from them. She pushes the boy off of her. "I'm leaving. You can stay here if you want." She turns to get up when a whoosh and a shadow come flying from the woods. She screams in fear and bolts up to her feet. To afraid to move, not knowing what just happened. As she stands there, looking into the woods, she can hear gurgling coming from behind her. She turns to find the boy, blood spattered all over the blanket, left arm missing and what does remain of it is torn flesh. Shirt torn to tatters and a large hole in his chest where his heart should be, lies an empty cavity in its place.

She screams in terror and runs from the gruesome scene. Making it half way to the pathway before she's grabbed and lurched back words. Now laying on the blanket, right next to her date, she can sees five figures looming over her from the small amount of light coming from the moon. They all crouch down and what follows is a thing only made of her nightmares. She has five different sets of mouths on her. One on each side of her neck, each wrist, and one on her inner thigh. suddenly sharp teeth sink in and she screams from the pain. She can feel the blood leaving her. Draining and draining until everything goes black.

(New scene)

Dean stomps into the library of the bunker. Throwing his duffle across the room in aggravation. He can't believe what the last twelve days just held. He bends and grabs one of the chairs, launching it across the room. "That was a waste of our time. We're never going to find her now. We searched all ten houses and for what. Just to find the decapitated bodies of vamps and have to clean up her mess!" Dean screams as he launches another chair into the wall.

"Dean, she had 3 weeks on us. Whether we want to believe it or not, this is a clear sign that she's alive. Nobody else knew about those houses."

"We knew!" Dean screams. "We knew about the houses and that there was a possibility that she was still alive, we should have been out there staking out one of the houses until she showed up. Now we've missed our chance. We're never going to find her!" he continues to yell. Smacking the table in frustration.

"Dean. The deal was to get the nest that killed her family and depart on our own ways. We helped her get that nest and she left. The deal was done."

"Yes, I understand what the deal was for and was going to go threw with it. That was until she died in my arms man. That was before I spent hours making a bonfire funeral for someone I thought was a friend. She died!" Dean takes a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. "She died because I couldn't get up in time, and protect her. All that grief just to turn around and find out that she didn't really trust us at all. Kept all her little secrets, and just up and walked out of that house and went on her way without even bothering to give us any answers. Plus she broke into baby!" anger resurfacing again at his car being messed with. "So if you don't mind, I'm going to sit here and look for any cases involving vamps until I drive myself insane. You are more then welcome to help if you want." Dean says as he snatches up the laptop and plops himself in a chair.
