Breaking news: The Villain known as Dabi, a member of the league of villains, was arrested by Pro hero Miruko today.

The headline flashed through every channel, it was the important news which everyone was waiting for because the league of villains have been terrorizing the city for a long time, months? Years? –people lost count due to their continuous attacks. 

Everyone feared every member of the league, so they were relieved by the news because with the falling of Shigaraki Tomura's right hand, the rest of the league will fall and Shigaraki Tomura will fall and people will live in peace with no one to disturb it.

"Sir, what do you think about Dabi's arrest?" Asked one of the reporters.

"I hope he will rot in Tartarus." Said the man.

Everyone was relieved, heroes and civilians and maybe some of the villains, they didn't want more charred bodies found in allies or abandoned buildings. But no one knows what will happen to him, will they prison him in Tartarus? Will the death sentence be his fate? No one knows. They didn't even know how Pro. Hero Miruko arrested Dabi and where he was at this moment.

They didn't even know if there would be a trial or not. Surely, no high-ranked villain deserved a trial, he deserved to rot in jail – People thought.

After Miruko arrested Dabi, she imprisoned him in one of the cells in her agency, waiting for his transfer to Tarturas or for him to have a trial. It was really by mere luck that she ran into Dabi while he was out getting groceries for the league, he didn't even notice Miruko attacking him. Surely, he left ugly burn marks on her, but she was able to detain him with the help of her sidekicks. It was supposed to be a joyful day for her, but what pissed her was the president of the public hero commission demanding his transfer to the building. Miruko argued with them but they insisted, saying that Dabi was a dangerous villain and they knew how to deal with him.

So, Miruko couldn't refuse and a barely conscious Dabi was transferred to the HSPC building and she didn't know what will happen to him or what will be his fate.

Two women and a man were standing over the unconscious body of Dabi, looking at him as if he was the scum of Earth. Bruises littered the healthy skin of his body, evidence of being tortured. But their methods of torture didn't satisfy them, didn't satisfy the president specifically, because he refused to disclose any information about the league – their plans or their hideout.

There was only one method of torture they hadn't used on him. So, that's why Ayaka (a newly hired commission worker) was standing with the president of HSPC and the Vice president. A determined look on her face as she explained her quirk and how to use it on people.

"That thing called a time loop?" The Vice President said, he was intrigued by the idea and wanted to know all of Dabi's secrets.

"Yes, he will be trapped in a time loop as long as I want. He will relive the same day over and over again until his mind cracks and I am sure he will confess everything, Mr. Vice President." Ayaka said.

"Interesting." The Vice President said. "A psychological torture." He looked at Dabi and almost spat on him, then he looked at the President. "What do you think, Madame President?" He asked the petite old woman that was standing next to him.

Madame President was a woman who gets what she wanted in the end, information, eliminating someone or whatever it was , and she was determined to know everything about Dabi and the league and in the end, she would order to kill Dabi – surely, it will be for the best and she murder every member of the League of Villains. "Begin." She ordered Ayaka with an emotionless tone as she looked at the unconscious body which was laying on the bed in front of her, looking so small and pathetic – ' not the big bad villain, Dabi.' She thought as a smirk appeared on her face. "Shatter his mind." She said and with a last look at Dabi, she left – she knew that her Vice President would inform her of everything they would discover.
