I was highly addicted to makeup. Ever since middle school I loved. I was really good at it too. I loved the way people looked at them selves with makeup on. I know it bad to say that you don't feel pretty without makeup on but some people do and it's really amazing to see their faces light up when they think they look beautiful. And I knew that's what I wanted to do with my life. After high school I went to a small community college for for 2 years for business and moved to New York. I went to makeup school and had a job. My makeup teacher and boss and coach, Clara, told me she had some big news. A job for me in Canada with a very famous and amazing makeup artist! I had always wanted to go to Canada before! I had to be in Canada fro two year though. It was a lot to handle.

Life before Canada was simple, my favorite things were food and Internet, beside makeup. I loved Minecraft and doughnuts so much. I lived in a small apartment in NYC and it was great. I loved walking and shopping and working. A lot of people don't like working but I loved it. Everyday I got to do something I loved and had so much fun with. I wasn't big on relationships though. I had three in high school (four if you count a 3 week relationship) and I hated every breakup. I hated breakups so much that it was years before I had another one. And that leads to my story.

After the move to Canada, I didn't have many friends. I had became close with a girl at my work but she's from California and the time zones were different so she was always up at weird hours in the night wanting to hang out. I was still in eastern standard time. So since I didn't have a lot of friends I relied on Internet for entertainment. I watched a lot of beauty videos and a few Minecraft ones. I loved play on a server called UHCzone and some fruit owned it. (IM LAUGHING SO HARD INSIDE OMG) His IGN was StrauberryJam. I watched him but not a lot of this videos. But one night I watched a video series I never had. It was called The Cube. Apparently it was an SMP (survival multiplayer) and a ton of people played together. I got lost in a Cube trance. I stayed up till 3 AM accidentally watching everything there was to this server, following all of the members on Twitter and stalking them. So far my favorites had been Julio (thatonetomahawk) and Graser who was so funny. I was sucked into the Cube fandom over night. I wasn't obsessed with them like some people I had seen on Twitter and Tumblr. But I really liked there content. They became the friends I didn't have.

Since I was a food addict, I had to find some good place but there wasn't a lot. I had found a good Starbucks close by and an amazing doughnut shop but that was it for food where I lived. Until I found this little restaurant. It was really nice and some one told me they had good pizza so I went to try it out. I ordered cheese pizza and a water. I put my head phones in while I waited and looked around. It wasn't too busy but I noticed someone across the room from me, staring at me. But as soon as I looked at them, they turned away. I guessed it was a guy. Tall, and was wearing a blue faded sweat shirt and black pants. I could help but stare back. I couldn't see his face but he had flat brown hair. Someone came over to him with a slice of cheese pizza and French toast which I thought was the weirdest a combo ever.

"Here you are Zach!" said the waiter.

"Thanks," I heard 'Zach' mumble. Zach, I thought. Why did he remind me of someone?

I started coming to this new restaurant more often trying different things but they really did have amazing pizza. And every time I went there I saw Zach. There was something about him though.

One day after I left the restaurant, I took a long walk. I missed walking. In New York, I walked everywhere I could. I had to drive to my work now and tried to walk more. I hated sports so this was my exercise. I was walking through a neighborhood and saw a cat wondering the sidewalk.
