Polly had been, from the day all of the Shelby boys had been born, praying for a Hail Mary. To rid those boys of any sins they may occur throughout their lifetimes.
"I really need a Hail Mary--"
Sebastians voice rang out through a quiet and somewhat eery church. His hands clenched into his fists by his side, a mixture of emotions flooding his system.
"Polly, you need to pray me a hail mary and soon."
But of course, praying for the Shelby boys seemed to only ever bring them more strife.
Bash Shelby was one quick witted reply to a rhetorical question away from his grave, one wrong move or facial expression away from a few days stay in a hospital bed but with his fiery temperament and his unwillingness to change was one of few reasons he was so likeable in comparison to a more timid Thomas, or outlandish Arthur.
With the devils smirk often glued to his mouth and those blue eyes that were bordering better than Tommy, it was no surprise that Bash had women crawling after him...
Not that he was overly interested in them anyway.
"C'mon Bash, Arthurs gonna eat all your food if you don--"
Heres to the four brothers finding their way through clouds of smog, fighting for their livelihoods, for their futures, for their sister.
All whilst fighting their own inner demons.
